I had such a great experience here, especially as someone going through the car loan process for the first time. I was honestly really nervous and didn't know what to expect, but Ryan and Rick were incredibly patient and understanding from the start. They took the time to walk me through everything step by step, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and made sure I actually understood my options. What stood out the most was how supportive they were. They really helped build my confidence in making this decision. Because of how comfortable they made me feel, I was able to come back with a co-signer and move forward without that same fear I had in the beginning. If you're new to this process or feeling unsure, I definitely recommend coming here. They genuinely care about helping you, not just making a sale. 10/10 experience! I am so happy with my new vehicle and the service I received. Honorable mention: I had to go back to get my license plate situated and Ashley took care of me with no problem! all the staff here is so wonderful and nice, and just willing to help with whatever is needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for quality service and vehicles.

It was not cleaned up - had glue and some paper stuck on the inside of side window and passenger front had glue . Use alcohol to clean it up. They charged it but up to about 60% when I took delivery. I called them the week after when I found glass damage on the back window which looked like obvious shipping strap induced damage. They said just take to some service center. No concern at all. A very uncaring, unmotivated dealership. They also said my car had the latest update. It didn't. I'm getting it done now. The finance guy was pretty good. Sales was horrible, although Ashley I think tried but not really trained for sales. Do not go here.

He spent close to a week answering my texts about different models they had available and explaining features, legroom, etc. They had so many great options I couldn't narrow down my search online so scheduled a meeting. He was well prepared and showed me every model I had inquired about and explained features and warranties. I was able to quickly and easily narrow my search and decided on one that was perfect for me. He was able to show me cars at other nearby Alan Jay dealerships so the ease of working with one person on several cars was appreciated. After looking online for weeks the prices at Alan Jay were often the best so felt confident in value I was receiving. Anthony's attention to detail and knowledge of all the models made it easy to make a decision. I would highly recommend Alan Jay, and would ask for Anthony. Whether you have questions about makes and models or know exactly what you want the level of customer service he provided far exceeded my expectations.

When you click on "detail pricing", it shows dealer fees, electronic fees, and tag fees. No problem. Got to the dealership and spoke with a salesman named Michael. Nice guy. He stated that the vehicle price was actually $55,000 and that the vehicle was a demo and couldn't be sold for six months. I let him know what the website shows, and he invited us in to check what it shows online and check with the manager. His computer shows what we showed. We asked to speak with the manager, and in comes Santiago Hernandez. No smile, nothing... I introduced myself and girlfriend. Not a word back from Santiago. He said that the website price is incorrect and he can't even sell the vehicle if he wanted to. I asked why the vehicle was listed at $38,970. He wouldn't answer, and deflected that he can't even sell it. I asked him again and he stated that it was an error and was priced incorrectly. I stated that there are laws that protect the consumer from listing a vehicle at one price, only to be selling it for a different price. I then proceeded to ask that even if the price was correct, why do they have the vehicle listed on the website for sale if they can't even sell it. He stated that he can put whatever he wants on the website. I stated that he stated earlier that corporate runs the website, but now he can make changes to the website so which was it? He responded that he puts whatever he wants on the website. I said thank you for your time and walked out. On the way out "Manager" Santiago yelled across the room, "Why don't you buy a Bronco in Sarasota?" I ignored him and kept walking.

Explained to him that i was driving from Miami and would appreciate an honest review of the car, wanting to know what problems the car had so I wouldn't be wasting their time as well as mine. He sent me a video, some pictures and stated that the car was in great shape. My wife and I were in the car the next day driving the 140 plus miles to their dealership. When we got there, we were greeted and told that the vehicle was being detailed. After about a 10 minute wait they brought the car around and it looked great from a distance. Upon closer inspection I immediately noticed the trunk lid, and rear bumper appeared to be freshly painted. The vehicles external flaws were told to me on the phone, so I knew what I was walking into. When I discussed on the phone the condition of the AC, he said it was working great. Upon inspection, it appeared that there was some type of foam sealant used on the ac accumulator. When asked about it the sales rep told us he knew nothing of that. While it blew cold, it was apparent that there was an issue at some time, but no one knew anything about it. I checked under the car and it also appeared since it was a North Carolina car, there was rust under the car which may have been why the rear deck lid and bumper were painted. I asked him why were they painted and I got what has to be the most ridiculous answer ever from a car salesman and I quote "We had them painted because the guys in the body shop had nothing to do so we gave them something to do" If that was the fucking case they should have done the whole car! Right then and there, we lost trust in both him and the dealership. We opened the trunk to find it extremely wet on both the carpet and deck lid. They took it back to the body shop and told us that they would let us know what the problem was. We left to go get something to eat and waited for their call. An hour and a half later I get a text that it was the studs holding the tail lights in and that it was fixed. Like I said earlier we lost trust with them, so we both decided to pass on the vehicle due to that loss of trust, NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE LIKED THE CAR! We both were quite pissed at the fact that we drove all that way fully expecting to leave with it, only to be mislead on what was actually wrong with the car. I called the dealership later to speak with the manager and left a message for Tim Masse the manager. I was told he would return my call, never did. Left another message yesterday, same result no call back. Left another this morning, still crickets. I'm sure that this dealership provides a great service to the local community that wants new cars? Used cars, another story. Would I do business with them? Not at this point. A simple inspection of the vehicle by one of their mechanics, listing what I found in a 15 minute inspection would have saved us a shit ton of time that I could have spent looking for an honest and reliable used car. I still cannot get over this statement; "We had them painted because the guys in the body shop had nothing to do so we gave them something to do" Think about that before you venture out to see what they have to offer. Just not right to bullshit a customer with cash to spend! Time to hit social media to spread the word....... They chose to delete my honest review so I added it again plus an update. Thank you for turning me away otherwise I wouldn't have found this little gem in my backyard. 2006 Grand Marquis 60 thousand original miles with an extended warranty to 92 thousand miles as well as 4 additional new tires and rims. Thank You
