I just want to say that the owners are amazing and really look out for their customers. I took my car in for an oil change and thought I would need new tires because of a nail in one of them. The original kid at the desk who I spoke to most of the morning quoted me incorrectly for the tires and they were way more expensive than I originally planned for. When I went back to pick up my car, Kristen was there and straightened the whole thing out. She even brought up that they could do a repair, which was not offered before by the kid. She also explained a few of the upcoming fixes that appeared on the diagnostic report, and it was really helpful in understanding how they do things and why. I have lived in Sebring for almost 5 years, and had taken my T&C minivan to 2 other local shops and also the local Chrysler dealer. All of the above along with at least 4 other Chrysler dealerships and auto shops were unable to correctly diagnose, let alone repair my vehicle. So I was happy when I saw that an automotive repair shop was opening within walking distance of my home ! I noticed so many different types of vehicles in the parking lot. I thought, "that's a good sign", so I figured I would give them a shot on the T&C minivan, at least they were close was my thought ! With that being said I want to say that EVERY positive WORD, and positive review, and Rating, and comment you will read about Highlands Complete Automotive on all these sites is ABSOLUTELY TRUE ! This shop is AMAZING ! As are Kristen, Rich & Matt. They are the best and have the most Automotive knowledge I have ever encountered. Their prices are fair and worth every cent because they won't quit TESTING until they find and REPAIR the problem. Which THEY did on the T&C minivan. Just wanted to drop a review and say a huge thanks to Highlands Complete Auto! The check engine light came on in my BMW and living in Highlands County it's not easy finding someone to work on an import car. I requested a quote at almost 9:30pm and Kristin replied with some information for me within 20 minutes. To complicate matters I was needing to pickup my family at the airport in Orlando the next morning and didn't feel comfortable traveling to Orlando with the check engine light on. Kristin and Rich were able to get me in, check the issue and ensure I was ok to travel to Orlando with no issues. I'm happy to have found someone close by to now service my vehicle. This business gave us excellent service! When we got there w/ o any notice, we just drove up. Right away they diagnosed the trucks problems and immediately went to work on it. In a couple hours they had our vehicle working! Then they went the extra mile and ask about our AC which we had not mentioned and had just lived w/o and used the windows rolled down. I contacted Highlands Complete Auto online on a weekend about the service I needed for my vehicle and they responded almost immediately to let me know to call them on Monday morning and who to speak with. I called them on Monday morning and got an appointment for the next day and the work was completed the same day. Price was very reasonable, they will be my go to repair shop from now on. read more

Poor customer service. I took my older SUV in to see if they could find and replace the rear lift gate. They told me that they would call me the next day, Friday, to let me know what they had found out. I got no call, so late the next Monday afternoon, I called them. I was told that they needed to call and check with another place, and they would call me to let me know the result. It is now over a week later, and I have not heard from them, and do not expect that I will. They should have at least had the courtesy to call me, even if they could not find one, so that I could move on to a more reliable place. Poor customer service! read more

Recently visited Sebring, and needed some immediate repairs on my BMW. I called and made an appointment for the following day. I brought my car in and met with Rich T. He and Kristen helped me out and offered several options and avenues to go. Rich and Kristen were patient and professional and made it a very easy process! They were great with understanding my budget and explained everything I was being charged for. With a complete inspection done, my needed repairs and optional repairs were identified. New to area. Looked on line for a dealer who could service my Hyundai Santa Fe. No dealerships close, went to internet for reviews.Called and got in touch with a very nice gentleman who said they are from Michigan and would be happy to handle all of my service needs and quoted an outstanding price for a synthetic oil change. They even came to my house to pick up my vehicle! Kristen and her trainee Sherry came to get car and were beyond helpful and friendly. They have no idea how much they helped me by picking up the car as a while back I was in a horrible car accident and I'm blessed to be alive but still a little anxious while driving. A different Hyundai saved my life so I purchased another one and am to thankful to have found a trusted shop who cares for my car as my car as much as I do and will help me keep it in great shape and running well.
