So I was happy when I saw that an automotive repair shop was opening within walking distance of my home ! I noticed so many different types of vehicles in the parking lot. I thought, "that's a good sign", so I figured I would give them a shot on the T&C minivan, at least they were close was my thought ! With that being said I want to say that EVERY positive WORD, and positive review, and Rating, and comment you will read about Highlands Complete Automotive on all these sites is ABSOLUTELY TRUE ! This shop is AMAZING ! As are Kristen, Rich & Matt. They are the best and have the most Automotive knowledge I have ever encountered. Their prices are fair and worth every cent because they won't quit TESTING until they find and REPAIR the problem. Which THEY did on the T&C minivan. I also have a Smart Car and a Motorhome, I will never use anyone else for automotive repairs. And will recommend them to everyone I know.

They arrived. They were courteous, quick (40 min) and professional, and were able to patch up the tire after removing what turned out to be a valve cap. Then, when they double checked their work, they found another nail and took that one out for no additional charge! Extremely reasonable prices (~$30) definitely way cheaper than investing in a new tire if I'd gone to a dealer! Highly recommend, would definitely go back next time I get another flat!
