Walked in and there wasn't a single person in sight except for the host/server. That should've been a sign. Sushi was bad quality and had a weird color (not fresh) and really fishy. It was quite horrible. We had the all you can eat and one of the rule said excessive food leftover will be charged full price. The server charged us full price for one of the spider roll because we couldn't manage to force down one ONE piece of terrible full of batter and rice down anymore. Excessive how? I told a friend to pick a place for her birthday lunch and she chose Enzo. She wanted to try it out since they offer AYCE. The AYCE is $28.99 a person and you can only pick items from the highlighted " yellow" columns on the menu. However, you don't have to do all you can eat. We were seated quickly and the service was ok. As there was only once server and one cook. Besides us, there were two other tables and we saw how long the wait for the food was the food so went ahead and ordered everyone at once. We started off with the cucumber salad and that was a BIG hit!! It was so good and refreshing. The sauce crabmeat and the sauce they had in there was so good we ordered another one. We just went ahead and ordered all the appetizers. ( forgot to take pictures of some) Takoyaki balls had no octopus . Of the four pieces that we got only one has one piece of octopus in it. You can't go wrong with shrimp tempura. The sauce was really good! The Shumai were also full of batter. The Gyzoa was just regular frozen ones you can get from grocery stores. The rest of the appetizer were just " ok" The sushi rolls had way too much rice and it was over powered with the eel sauce as you can see in the pictures. We probably took two bites from each roll and didn't finish it. As we tried to order more of the nigiri the server told just that we have to eat every that we ordered or else we will be charge an extra fee for leftovers. We ended up not ordering anything else. We told her we ate everything else and explained why we could not finish the rolls. She went to the chef and he agreed not to charge that additional fee. This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever eaten at! The food was extremely bland like salt and pepper never existed! I ordered salmon and the pieces of fish that were used were the lowest quality! The rest of the guests or steak and it was so tasteless that they took it home to season to make it more palatable. Rotten avocados in sushi! By the time my family and I realized, we had -unfortunately- consumed most of it ! Hope we don't get food poisoning ! Limited parking by the restaurant, however plenty walking distance. It is in the same shopping plaza as Kohl's. We ordered to go. Even though our order was taken fairly quickly, we had to wait about 25 mins before our food was ready. Bento box: the chicken was a bit dry. The California rolls were good and tasted fresh. The fried rice and veggies were typical. The house salad that it came with didn't look as fresh and the dressing was meh. Shrimp shumai: tasted a bit starchy, not sure if it's because we didn't eat it right away. Gyoza: tasted pretty good, but I did not like the dipping sauce. Overall it was okay, but for the price I would have wanted more. Probably wouldn't be my go to place. read more

My folks and I dropped in for lunch. My mom likes the place and I'm always agreeable with Japanese food. The decor has a clean modern vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. On the day I stopped in the kitchen was short staffed but food got out quickly anyway. I tried the chicken teriyaki lunch. It was ok. The chicken was a bit over cooked likely due to the sushi chef doing the cooking. It was still tasty. The lunch came with soup or salad, veggies a choice of rice and a side of California roll. Just needed to refresh this review. I upgraded the stars. The sushi chef is terrific!! I also found out in lieu of the Atlanta Falcons win, they are offering $1 sake or free kids meals (worth $5)! Pretty nice!!! I took my daughter here again. She loves their miso soup. And that alone is reason to come here. Their menu has lots of interesting rolls and the chef will make you any kind of roll you want if you don't see it on the menu. I tried the Cherry Blossom tonight and wow this specialty is colossal! I literally couldn't even finish it after already having the crab and avocado salad, which was also very good and tasted so fresh. The Cherry Blossom has a base of sticky rice with a layer of spicy tuna and then all kinds of goodness inside it topped with fresh avocado and yummy sauces. They have a spicy mayo and then there's a SPICY mayo. The latter actually got my attention. I can't believe how filling it was. I'm a fan! The prices are also great for the Johns Creek area. For my crab salad, glass of wine, lemonade, side of rice, miso soup, and side of avocado plus my Cherry Blossom and tax, it was just under $30. Wow!!! I am definitely putting this place in my circle of go-to spots. Seriously worth checking out. And take advantage before the Super Bowl! read more

I came here last night, based off word of mouth. It sits in the shopping center with Sprouts and Kohls, just before the McGinnis Ferry intersection on Peachtree Pkwy (141). Enzo is out of sight and not noticeable from the highway from any direction. In fact, it's almost hidden in plain sight, thanks to The L shaped shopping center it resides in with a few other businesses. Parking is tight. I actually had to park in the larger parking lot outside of the complex. Other than, it was amazing from there on out. I've lived in and around Johns Creek the past 2+ years and never knew about this place (or the Mexican restaurant next to it). I was shocked to hear they had been open for 2 years. We went in and sat at the bar. Bar patrons beware, I barely got my legs under the bar, so if you're larger (I've got runner legs) then it might be uncomfortable. There was an older sushi chef behind the bar and the owner. Don't underestimate this old guy, his stuff is amazing. I had the Miso soup, and it was just as good as Sushi Mania's, if not better. That bode well for what was to come. I also had their hot sake, which they had a Pre Super Bowl special on for $1!!! WHAT? That'll bring me back. I then ordered one of their special rolls, the Salmon Mania. Now here's where the real test begins. Presentation was great and the freshness of the roll .... Insane! It was so fresh and such a treat to finally find another fresh sushi place that's even cheaper than Sushi Mania. The wasabi had a kick to it as well. Truly, another hidden gem (literally)! First time here. I got takeout on a Monday, where most sushi (other Asian) restaurants are closed. This restaurant was open. Not very busy, but it was a Monday evening. The lady at the Conner was very friendly and helpful. I thought the prices on some of the rolls were very reasonable. I'm just not familiar with the more expensive raw rolls. But what I ate was pretty good. I got three rolls for about $20. But they were standard rolls - like California roll and shrimp tempura roll. The food quality was half a notch over Publix, Kroger - which are normally decent in a pinch. But the ones you get in most sushi, restaurants to go and even in a grocery store or in a nice attractive plastic tray. These three rolls were just kind of all put into a larger takeout Styrofoam box. Didn't bother me too much. Just find it kind of weird. Overall I would go there again. But there are other options which I think are four and five stars for sushi in the area. read more

My sushi and sashimi plate have black ink-like stain on the fish. Does not look clean and is most likely unsafe to eat. I did not order diarrhea so yes, I threw it away. Inside the sushi and sashimi plate, the salmon sashimi is a pure disappointment. I feel like they tried their hardest to give me the dirtiest and the worst cut. The size of the sashimi are literally the size of two chopsticks, and are mostly white salmon skin! The spider roll barely have any crab in it and is mostly batter! Worst and saddest spider I've ever seen. I dissected each piece and I am not kidding when I say that I cold barely find any crab in the tempura. I am so incredibly saddened to have to give this place one star because the food was very, very good. But the service was sooooooooo incredibly bad that I have to give one star. The server was BRAND NEW ( 1st day) on a Saturday night at 6pm. When we walked in, there was one table. We sat down and four more tables walked in at the same time. This poor little girl had NO IDEA what she was doing. My Coke came out and it was watery and needed to have the syrup bag changed BADLY. I told her about it and she had no idea how to fix it. Then she's takes our order and doesn't know what we are saying. She doesn't even know the names of the rolls offered at the restaurant she works at. We ate our salads and the appetizer came out at a decent time. However, my husband and I sat there drink less for about 35 minutes. The food took 50 minutes to come out as there was only one chef there cooking everyone's food. The owner was called in and she finally refilled our drinks and by that time we were ready to get the F OUT! It took yet another 20 minutes to get a box and our check and we paid $72 for this CRAPPY experience. I will NEVER come back to this place. The owner decided it be best to clean a table off rather than help us cash out. She didn't discount our food or anything. This is a terrible way to run an establishment. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

I haven't been here in a while, and am sad to say that the quality has gone down. As I just sold my house in Georgia, I wanted my last meal to be a cherry blossom before I left the state. Came in today around lunchtime and it wasn't too busy. I sat at the bar and watched the chef make the meal and was surprised at how poor the quality went into making it. The avocado used was a little on the unripe side, therefore making it harder . The tempura that is used to go into thre meal was already out, even before I ordered, therefore it wasn't hot. Compared to previous times here, the presentation was also pretty crappy. After it was made, the sauces were added and smothered all over.. then it volcano'd over, then another sauce was added.. no real plating, like in the past. Though the presentation was bad, the food was still decent. The service sitting at the bar was a lot slower than being at the table, as it seemed those at the table were attended to more. Was hoping for better, but ended with disappointment.. not exactly the way to have my final Georgia meal :( read more

We ordered a couple of appetizers/dishes: - Agedashi Tofu - Grilled Squid - Cherry Blossom - Sushi Fever - Enzo Fried Rice Everything was solid, but my favorites of the night had to be the Cherry Blossom and Grilled Squid. The squid came on a bed of grilled onions on a hot, sizzling plate. The Cherry Blossom isn't your typical roll - more of a deconstructed roll, but the combination of soft shell crab, avocado, fish and sauce complimented each other nicely. I've lived in this area for almost 20 years and never came across this restaurant despite it being right across from my gym. I came in with my sister and we got three rolls for ourselves as well as some of the steak and chicken teriyaki. The food is superb for the price and I was surprised by the quality from such a small restaurant. It was a quiet night and the server was extremely attentive and friendly. So my disclaimer is this - the food was actually probably a 3-4 star. Sushi 4 stars, cooked food maybe 3. This review is for one star because the service was really bad, and in the worst way really. The restaurant was deceitful in its pricing and did a bait and switch on the bill... adding "well, those are the rules, I am sorry I cannot help." You judge -- A large hand written sign at the front of the restaurant welcomed us by indicating that there was a buy one get one 50% off on one category of sushi rolls, and the same offer on cooked meal entrees. We ordered two rolls from the listed section, and two cooked entrees from the appropriate menu section. On the bill, we got one roll 50% off and both entrees were full price. Sigh. Assuming this was an error, I asked the waitress. She informed me that I could only get one 50% off option, and they had applied it to the roll (far and away the least expensive of the two choices.) I walked back over to the sign, no such disclaimer. I asked the waitress again, and sought her help to change the 50% off to the entrée. No luck. "It was already done and was 'just the rules' sorry" then walked away. So -- no tip (a given and super rare for me) and a one star review. Honestly, the place would have probably received 4 stars with a proviso that the sushi is quite a bit better than the cooked items. But alas, here we are in one star land. There are other sushi restaurants that are decent in the area, to include Kitani Sushi a few miles down Peachtree, and of course many as you head south. No reason to come here. read more

One of the very best things about eating hibachi is the fried rice. What a joke. Their idea of fried rice is rice with a little bit of soy sauce. There was nothing at all in the rice. The veggies were completely tasteless. The ginger salad dressing was actually yum yum sauce. Now most people would be happy about this but I do not like mayonnaise so I can't stand yum yum sauce.
