A male technician stopped me at the door and refused to take the sample. He said they were going to lunch even though it was posted that lunch was between 12 and 1:00PM. He told me to come back later or the next day. I told him I couldn't because I had to go to work and the sample needed to be refrigerated right away. I asked him if he could just take it and he refused. There was a person in the waiting room who heard everything and this was very embarrassing. This man was rude and completely out of line. I had to get another prescription from my doctor and a referral to another lab. I will never go back there again even though I have gone there for years. Now, a very important test has to be redone and time was wasted. Terrible experience

She then wanted me to come back the next day to repeat the process and drink another 2 quarts of water! I called my doctor and told her I would not repeat the procedure there and she ordered a different procedure, but when I went to have that procedure done they said they couldn't do it until I first repeated the other procedure again! They also said that my doctor couldn't rescind the other order and I had to have it done before they could do the procedure without drinking all the water again! The test was to confirm I had kidney stones and it took a month to get it done because of their incompetence
