I felt the needle in my arm moving the whole time she was drawing my blood as she wasn't doing a good job at holding the base as she changed tubes. The interactions with everyone here were very cold and it seems like they are HORRIFICALLY short staffed. I won't go here again, learned my lesson.

She then wanted me to come back the next day to repeat the process and drink another 2 quarts of water! I called my doctor and told her I would not repeat the procedure there and she ordered a different procedure, but when I went to have that procedure done they said they couldn't do it until I first repeated the other procedure again! They also said that my doctor couldn't rescind the other order and I had to have it done before they could do the procedure without drinking all the water again! The test was to confirm I had kidney stones and it took a month to get it done because of their incompetence
