Within moments, she was able to draw the blood and they left as very happy customers after having been unsuccessful when they went to their doctor's office. When it was my turn, it was business as usual, virtually pain-free, and an easy blood draw. As someone who gets bloods done often, I was very impressed with not only the technique, but her customer service and friendly demeanor. As someone who grew up apprehensive about needles, I felt very relaxed. I will definitely be going back for my next visit.

While the two women working were professional and friendly, they clearly needed more help. I went in the door about 5 minutes after it opened and there were already 4 people ahead of me. The door to the room where everyone was getting their blood drawn was wide open which I found odd. When it was finally my turn, I walked into that room and there was a drop of someone else's blood on the floor. Now I've never had any issue getting blood drawn before yet this time the phlebotomist needed to use both arms instead of just one. Luckily it didn't take too much longer after she switched arms and I was quickly out the door. Maybe it was just an off day for them but I can't say it will be my first lab stop from now on.

Super thankful! Let…read moreme explain why. First, I called to schedule an appointment, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. I asked for a same-day or next-day appointment as I am trying to get pregnant, and my doctor believed I had a dangerous cyst and wanted me to get an MRI with contrast on it. Well, this woman called all these locations, got the pre-approval, and worked her magic. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The second thing that happened was when I got there I got all setup and the NP I believe found out I was looking to get pregnant and was concerned that the cyst may not be a cyst and could be a follicle since it was over a month since not getting my period. She did a normal preg test but it was neg but it could be just that I was early. The thing that I loved was that she was so concerned and understood what my concerns were and asked that I come back a different day after my blood work came back with a negative preg test. I am so I'm[dressed that she was truly concerned and thought what was best for me. I feel so comfortable and thankful for people looking out for others and not proceeding with something that could harm a baby if this were to be done... so Kudos to that NP! I really appreciate you !

I also told the girl behind the counter I had an appointment, which got me a dirty look! They preceded to take all the walk ins in front of me even though it was past my appointment time. I am not sure what is the purpose of an appointment is if walk ins are taken before a scheduled appointment? After 20 minutes they called me up after taking all the walk ins. When I got in the lab room everything went fine with the blood withdrawals and the girl seemed sweet. Either this place should do away with appointments or take the at their scheduled appt time, ahead of walk ins!
