I am not sure what is the purpose of an appointment is if walk ins are taken before a scheduled appointment? After 20 minutes they called me up after taking all the walk ins. When I got in the lab room everything went fine with the blood withdrawals and the girl seemed sweet. Either this place should do away with appointments or take the at their scheduled appt time, ahead of walk ins!

While the two women working were professional and friendly, they clearly needed more help. I went in the door about 5 minutes after it opened and there were already 4 people ahead of me. The door to the room where everyone was getting their blood drawn was wide open which I found odd. When it was finally my turn, I walked into that room and there was a drop of someone else's blood on the floor. Now I've never had any issue getting blood drawn before yet this time the phlebotomist needed to use both arms instead of just one. Luckily it didn't take too much longer after she switched arms and I was quickly out the door. Maybe it was just an off day for them but I can't say it will be my first lab stop from now on.

I had to get bloodwork (specifically with Labcorp) done last minute and was in the area so I did a…read morewalk-in. The place was easy to find (look for the "Eight" on the building) and there's plenty of free parking out front. I arrived around 1:55pm on a weekday (closes at 2:30pm though which I thought was very early) and there was only one person in front of me. Check in was quick and easy on their self service tablets (2 up front) or I think you can maybe check in with the person at the counter (there wasn't anyone there when I was doing my self check in though until later). You just need to have your drivers license and health insurance ID card(s) on hand because the self service machine will scan them for the information. I didn't wait more than 5-10 minutes before being called (since there was only one person in front of me) and the phlebotomist that drew my blood was very nice and quick. Granted I am an easy stick haha. The lab was very clean and I had a great experience here: the entire process from check in, payment, and blood draw itself was quick and easy! No complaints and would return if I needed any sort of bloodwork done in the future. Just be aware of their closing times.

April 21, 2026, I got to the office to be very rudely blown-off by the curly haired brunette. She informed me that there are other offices i can go too, and from now on I will no-longer use what could have been a convenient office. I informed her that maybe LABCORP should have real world hours. There are many doctor's offices around here. Instead of being convenient, and being able to go right to this Lab, seens we would have to make another trip to schedule an early visit. I don't have the time or gas money to make "ANOTHER SPECIAL TRIP." My time & gas money matters to me. After the rude brunette (sitting on the left side) I will no longer ever waste my time at LABCORP at 2500 Nesconset Hwy. I'll find a Lab that has realistic, real world hours!

They plead ignorance that the insurer wouldn't pay for one of the labs, but who else would know? Had they told me the true price ahead instead of some made up number, I would have been equipped to make an informed decision. Nor would they negotiate the cost down - the price is the price even though they don't tell you what the price is.

Went to this location to get containers for sampling. Return said samples and come to find out or at least what they tell me, I did sampling that was not ordered and I have to do one more sample and come back. I made a complaint and these people have no customer service skills. Rude to say the least like its my fault and not your incompetence. I actually have to call my doctor to verify what was ordered for them. They can't read or they lost my script in one day. Amazing!
