I came here to try this place because I was in the area . I went into the Nail Salon asking if they knew how to do a particular design , The nail artist in seat 8 stated ohhhh yes yes no problem so ok I sat with here it wasn't an overly crazy design I just wanted an ombré pretty typical for nail techs to know this. When I tell you a 8 year could do a better job then this woman did I am not even exaggerating ! It was soooo ugly and then tells me oh I don't normally do with Gel I usually do with powder so I asked why didn't she do it in powder then? And she said I don't know I made her clean my nails off of the thing she did I asked for a normal paint job at that point she did one coat and she kept filing my nails like it was going to change anything even the normal nail paint sucked I can't even believe I paid for this ! I got an infection from the foot spa and they cut my finger open with the nail file!!!! I came with a friend. She made an appt for both of us for a mani/pedi. They had clearly forgotten and scrambled to get us in. My foot spa was filthy with a few things floating in the water. I thought they must've reused the sanitary liner from someone else. The water was cold and I had to ask several times for them to turn on the bubbles. I almost walked out but was with a friend and didn't want to make a big deal. We were there 2+ hours. The nail lady CUT my nails with the nail file...like sliced the sides of TWO of my nails open and I yelped and pulled back. I was bleeding. They screwed up my friends mani and had to redo it. i'm rather surprised to see the recent negative reviews! i moved to the area about 8 months ago and live about a mile from this salon. i have been here maybe 5-6 times and each time has been a great experience. the staff are so polite and professional. they are clearly well trained and have extensive pedicure offerings. i've probably been seen by 4 different technicians and they've all been great. i've received the same service from every person i've seen which speaks to the level of professionalism and talent the salon procures. also this place clearly takes pride in offering a clean salon, and it's apparent they go the extra mile (which is much appreciated while we still navigate the pandemic). the only thing i would encourage the owners to consider is maybe avoid training new techs when the salon is busy. i've seen this twice and while the woman doing the training was kind and appropriate to the techs, it's just a bit odd to be witnessing a training session while trying to relax. just my two cents! the deluxe spa and happy feet pedicures are to die for! hot stones and hot wax? I use to come here all the time to do my gel mani's and pedi's and I came here for acrylics a couple times. Before they had very nice people and did great jobs but it seems that they switch people every few months. Recently I went here to get my nails done for my babyshower and the owners wife (or owner I'm not very sure) did my nails...she didn't cut my cuticles and was very standofish. She did my nails okay but I asked for an oval like shape and she made my nails kind of pointy. This picture is a week in and on my other hand my thumb nail has already come off. Im not one to speak up if I don't like something. Only because I hate conflict (which I really need to change), but I'm going to try another place with better reviews to see if they are better. I just left Envy nails. I walked in around 10:25 am on a Sunday to find that there was one technician working with a client. I signed in and stood awkwardly at the front door for someone to greet me... After about 5 minutes I sat down and the technician said good morning. She told me someone would be right with me... Ok, perhaps she didnt see me standing there earlier. Im short after all. As I was waiting, three other people walked in looking for manicures and pedicures. Finally the tech got up and told the manager to come out. He then sat me at a manicure station and I picked out my color... about 10 minutes goes by and he has now sat two of the three other people who came into the salon after I had arrived. I asked him how much longer it would be and he replied "10 minutes." I sat at the table for another 25 minutes, when he finally sat the last person who walked in AFTER me. I waited for a total of 40 minutes before I got up and walked out. I understand that I did not make an appointment, and perhaps you have technicians who specialize in one service over another, but I did not appreciate that at no point did anyone working there acknowledge the fact that I was still waiting, update me on when I would be seen or explain to me why I was being overlooked for the better part of one hour. It was quite frankly rude, and just poor service. Its unfortunate as I am a Tewksbury resident and I get my nails done with some regularity, but I will be seeking other salons. read more

If I could I give zero stars. I went to get a dip powder for the first time here as soon as I sat in Lisa's chair she was telling me what I had on my nails. I politely told her I have dip powder currently on my nails she told me no it's acrylic I nicely said no it's dip powder she then processed to yell at me stating it was acrylic so I was like can you just soak it off completely and put dip powder on she continues to say it's acrylic and didn't completely remove the old dip powder. I then told her to completely remove the old dip then she yelled at me again and slapped my hands saying no she doesn't need to take it off completely. I tried to remain calm and was like whatever. Then when it came to shaping I asked for coffin shape which I already had that shape wanted her to clean it up and define the shape. She then told me that she can't do it because my figures are crooked. (The 10 plus years iv had my nails done I've never had a manicurist tell me my figures are crooked) then I asked if someone else can help shape it. She then yelled at me and slapped my hands again saying "uh I can't make it to the shape you want " so then after she yelled at me and slapped my hand I said I will wait for another manicurist then she continues to yell at me and calling me names in vietnamese (little did she know that I understand her every word) so I walked out I was nice enough to pay for the soak off. And the owner was no help at all and didn't even apologize for their poor employee customer service. Never again will I go there again. They are not nice and rude. read more

This was my 2nd time here and let's just say that I'm never coming back. I was seated at the Pedicure chair without being notified that there was a wait...45 minutes later as I was about to walk out, a technician became available. By that time I had switched all of my services over to an "express manicure and pedicure". There was nothing "express" about being there, from having to wait, to getting a terrible paint job that my 5 year old niece could've done better at. Oh and to put a cherry on top of everything, the technician that was doing my nails was told to stop painting and take a new client that I'm sure had not been waiting for nearly an hour, mind you I only had 2 nails left to paint. 2 hours later after an "express mani/pedi", I ended up removing all of the polish and repainted it all myself when I got home. I got dip nails at envy in tewksbury. upon taking them off one of my nails was GREEN. there was no lifting on this nail so I know it's not from water getting trapped inside or anything, it was from bacteria being stuck on my nails for weeks from the dip powder. they dip everyone's nails in the same powder, unlike clean salons that put some powder in a separate dish to keep everyone's germs separate. my sister is a nail tech and after getting a pedicure done and getting an infection she warned me to never go back, I should have listened. this nail salon does not follow health protocol, as you can see by my GREEN NAIL. Gave a good review a while back, but they have gone downhill. read more

Cons: Unexplained wait times and poor communication. I was seated at a table shortly after signing in to have the old gel on my nails removed. After the gentleman got the removal process started, he left me sitting there for over 30 minutes with no explanation and no apology. I requested a pedicure when I signed in so I wasn't surprised that they didn't send me to the back area to get started. Instead, two people who came in after me were able to get in the pedicure chairs while I waited. When I spoke up about the wait time, I was able to start my pedicure. Pros: The facility is beautiful and the ambiance in the pedicure area is amazing. The technician who worked with me was also awesome and did a great job on my pedicure and gel manicure. I would go back again just to see her. Tips: Ask for the wait time and bring cash because they do not allow you to tip on your card. read more

It destroyed everything my cuticles will never be the same and to top it off the nail polish themself are rough and cement like. Very clean salon & the pedicure was amazing. My mother & I made appts together and both of us were very happy with the whole experience. The pedicure chairs are very comfortable massage chairs & are set up in a separate area from the main manicure stations. The pedicure area has soft lighting, was very quiet & calming. This was the first time coming here for both of us & it certainly won't be the last! Excellent service from start to finish. The women literally was ripping off the old nails, breaking mine underneath, I also have a cut on my nail where it looks like I was stabbed. She kept leaving me there while she did other things.
