My mom and I both got the sport pedicure because they said it included the callus remover. We should have just gotten the quick one instead...because that's what our appt was...quick. Completely done in 30 minutes top. Both of our gals were really nice....but.... Toenails were not filed straight, mine are rounded and I'll need to fix it when I get home. My cuticles were not pushed back or nipped on my right foot. The "callus" remover and scrubbing was very little, just wiped it on and one quick swipe of the pumice stone (which I may add is not able to to sanitized so they should be using a foot file instead). Massage was ok, but again lasted a whole 5 minutes total. Both of our toes are flooded with polish in the cuticles and I'll need to fix that as well. Probably won't be returning to this place....I could have just done it at home but I wanted to be pampered. Don't spend the extra money...it's not worth it. read more

The lady I got was very rude and rushed through the entire pedicure. I was burned by the water... Never asked me about the temperature or anything. Then she cut my nail down to the quik and hurt me. simply told my friend no when she wanted acrylic on her big toe and was arguing with me to to make my nails the length i wanted. The nails were so awful on the design and the shape about them were what were considered duck nails and i was absolutely angry. The atmosphere was almost scary, with the way the nail ladies treated my friend and i were terrible. I DO NOT recommend this place ever. we went once and will never be going again! read more

I have nothing to say bad about this place, other than the artwork can be a little sloppy. The shape always comes out perfect and the color is always on point. With friendly faces greeting you at the door and I at home experience throughout the time you're there. They do everything to your comfort and make sure that you are happy with the final product. One of the only salons I recommend my closest friends. read more

I went in on a Saturday afternoon to get a fill and a gel polish. On Sunday, three of the nails had already started to chip, and most of the polish had peeled off. I went back in on Monday morning when they opened up to get them fixed and they made me feel as if it was my fault. Keep in mind all I did was go to church and sit in my house. I wasn't doing any manual labor with my hands. they fixed the three nails and were very rude about it. Three days later it was all peeling off again. I would never go back. read more

To be honest, idk what the 2 star reviews are about. I've never had a bad experience at this place! The staff are great and have always done a good job on my nails. I always get dip powder. And the pedicures are great! There's sometimes where the sides of my fingers get a little bit painful when the buffer hits them, but usually they're pretty good about that. i went here yesterday to get my nails done and the guy that did them rushed through it. asked for almond shaped and gave me nothing close. the polish wasn't evenly coated. and the top coat was dropping over the end he's of my nails and bubbling. also every single one of my fingers hurt when i left. not worth the $90 i spent to treat myself. highly recommend not coming here ever. read more

Came in around 10:20 to get pedicures for my moms birthday. No one spoke to us as I checked us in finally we sat (our chair arms had clearly not been cleaned) for awhile then was asked to get seated my moms chair did not work, we waited for 40 minutes out water turned cold. I finally got up and asked when we would be seen because we had other plans for her birthday later on. They said soon, we were seen shortly after, however when it came time to picking colors they had not asked us previously so she brought over the colors when I picked they didn't have the one I wanted so she showed me one similar so we went with that she didn't ask me if I liked the color instead kept painting (on my skin) I chose not to speak up until the end about not liking the color because again we had other plans in the day and had already waited 40 minutes just to get started. We were not asked if we wanted drinks while the people in front of us had them. We came in at 10:20 left at 12:30 All in all would not recommend the service is lazy and unprofessional read more
