I had the club orange membership which according to the waxing the city membership you can cancel via mail,email, phone, or in person. I called to cancel, and they said that it had to be done in person because they are independent and not corporate so do not get the membership with out knowing what hoops you have to jump through to cancel. When it comes to the actual waxes they were okay not nearly as good as I've had through European wax center, but sadly they are not a choice in my area. Would rather shave daily then deal with them monthly.

While I waited for my aesthetician, I sat by a wonderful fireplace and just relaxed. When Anna came to get me for my facial, I was led to a private room. I can't stress enough how wonderful the ambience is in the spa. It promotes relaxation and peace of mind, both of which I needed. Anna was polite and attentive, and listened to my needs, and concerns. She even offered advice on a manicure I'd received from a different place a couple of days prior where my cuticles were sore, red and swollen. I only wish I had found Radiance Day Spa sooner!
