They didn't hold up after one week and had chipped significantly. Don't feel like pricing was ever transparent, despite having the pricing paper at the register, but that not adding up to what I was charged. The WOSRT PART is that BOTH of my big toe nails are infected. I didn't see it until the gel grew out. I also have hematomas at my cuticle line from trauma. It's believed that they filed them down too much causing the trauma AND infection. 100% do not recommend. I'd attach the photo of my toes nails, but I'm complete embarrassed and disgusted.

I ended up taking off all the nails Friday night and called Kevin to see if he could get me in the day of my prom. He said no problem, fit me in, and got me out of there in an hour and a half with beautiful orange nails after taking off the rest of my old ones. I will never stop going here. Love all the employees and they always make me feel so welcomed. Kevin is so nice to talk to and he also has a heater sitting at his station for extra comfort inside the store! The balayage in the same place as my original grow-out, nothing is anywhere near my root and I specifically asked for money pieces, which I don't have. I spent $100 expecting to leave with an improvement and hair that reflected what we discussed and the inspiration picture I showed you. Instead, I feel like I wasted my money and am leaving less happy with my hair than when I arrived. I understand you're offering to have me come back next week for a couple of hours to try to fix it, but the reality is that I shouldn't have to rearrange my schedule and spend more time in the chair to correct a result that didn't meet what we agreed on in the first place. I'm genuinely disappointed with the outcome, and I don't feel that asking me to come back for a correction adequately addresses the fact that I paid for a service that didn't deliver what I asked for. Just a waste of time and money in my opinion.
