Showed up last night for 5:45 appt for a fill. They let two others without appts in. Although he…read more attempted to do my nails instead of the two women who usually do nails (because they took two without appts), he was very nice-but it was not good. Ouch. His wife took over to help recover. Other clients came in and took priority. Needless to say I was there one hour and 45 minutes for a fill. Happy with nails not with service. Have been going there 4 years. Am not going back - you never made me feel important. Did not enjoy experience.

Even the men that I showed our pictures too could not believe how awful it looked. I unfortunately could not tell Ali in person your makeup artistry sucked and sent a message and let them know of my dissatisfaction and that we had to redo our makeup. Before Ali did my makeup I was VERY clear about how natural and light I wanted it and so did my daughters. We even showed inspiration pics She is correct I did leave $60 as she did give 3 of us a service and we were not unsatisfied with our hair. That is $20 a person. However if I would have loved our makeup the tip would have been that much bigger!!! In their message they were trying to create that I am a difficult client or person which I am not difficult at all. Again I gave this "professional " a very generous tip according to them Also they were not happy I didn't say anything to Ali before we left however # 1 we had to be at the church by 130 and still had to finish getting ready and dressed and It was 12 when we left. # 2 it would have not changed the outcome as we were all VERY CLEAR what we wanted. I set up another appointment to follow through and was open to paying for more filler, but the manager called to cancel around 10:30am the same day of my appointment at 3pm. I think the professional thing to do would be to meet and talk in person, not call at the last minute!

I highly recommend going there as giving him the time of day. He has many years of experience and makes you feel comfortable while being tattooed. I have many tattoos by Ray and he is the only person I trust with my body art. I plan on having much more work done by him. He is also a great friend of mine and we have worked together before in a gallery and he is a very clean artist.

They don't make you feel judged if your nails are short, messed up, etc. They are just happy to have you and make you feel comfortable. I couldn't recommend them more! The photo of the green nails are them grown out 3 weeks.
