Absolutely amazing service the ladies and the gentlemen were wonderful. We had a petty and a manicure with tips. I had a French manicure done and from beginning to end we had the best service always offered water beverages whatever we needed made sure that we were comfortable. we had a chair that had a massager on it so I'm gonna say whoever says that this place is not top-notch is wrong absolutely wrong. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! I used to be a frequent, stopped because of covid understandable. when i went back to get an easter set, there were nothing but racist and unprofessional comments. for example he was pushing around CUSTOMERS like dogs that demanded to orders, he asked to wash hands like expected BUT makes a comment saying "we don't want to be like the Chinese" and he received a phone call asking if they had room and if there was any sales just as a curious customer and he goes to say "no what do you think we're made of money' no coupons" and then proceeds to hang up and continue to talk about the situation bashing the customer that he was just on the phone on. i've rewritten this many times, i've debates on even putting this out here but I think as an individual and a customer i would like to know if something like this would have happened read more

I had a great experience here. I got a spa pedicure and gel manicure for under $65 and it included stone massage and masques on my legs. The quality and service was great, my nails lasted close to four weeks, and I'll definitely be back soon. Absolutely the worst place I've ever been for nails. Terrible customer service. Terrible skills at filing, clipping toe nails, painting nails. Let alone with the first clip of toe nails, she seriously cut me. I literally threw the cash at the woman and walked out. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I took my niece in there yesterday to get a full set for her birthday. I also needed a fill for my acrylic overlay. Her coffin tip nails are literally glued on crooked. My nails are mishapen even though they were shaped correctly when I went in. The acrylic is super thick and super lumpy. They were rough, I now have an open sore on one of my fingers due to the lady's horrible filing and rough handling. It took forever and the job is still horrible. I'm going to have to spend at least an hour filing and shaping my own nails and attempting to fix my niece's nails. Then I get the total, it was over $100 for them to fill my nails and give my niece a full set. This is completely ridiculous. Never again. read more

I went in to get my nails done. The lady was rude and my nails are all smudged and chipping off. I've only had them for a couple hours.

Advertising deceiving. Wanted my nails shellac. Pricing on sign indicated $20.00. Good deal right? It is $5.00 to remove old and $20.00. Nothing with cuticles either. That would be $35.00. Sloppy job. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Awful, just awful. I have never been so disappointed with my nails. Does not fill correctly. And did a very very poor job filing my nails. They look terrible. When the guy was filing my nails he was more concerned about watching tv, then paying attention. The skin around my nails are so raw, he buffed more of my skins off then my nails. Terrible experience. And after sitting for 20 minutes for my nails to dry, the polish still smugged off and smeared everywhere within the first hour I had them. Never going back. read more

The guy who did my nails was very quick and rough with my cuticles. Ended up making me bleed. i have been getting my nails done for years and have never had such rushed cheap service. Very unprofessional and I won't be coming back or recommending to friends no matter how cheap the prices. read more
