I believe this is the only eyebrow threading place in all of Souix Falls. I'm from Colorado and I only get my eyebrows threaded no waxing etc and I'm picky. But the woman at this shop is amazing, she far exceeded my expectations. She asks you how it looks and genuinely cares and fixes anything you suggest right away without the attitude some people have. And my eyebrows in general came out great, perfectly even, and she gave me the exact shape I wanted. She was also very friendly, held a conversation, and was very nice to my hyper 2 year old child running around. (She even gave her a henna tattoo free!) It is a little pricey $15.99, I'm used to paying $5 in California, $10 in Colorado. But the service is worth it. She is definitely my new eyebrow lady I won't go anywhere else. Hetel is sweet and always gets the brows so precise. Threading is much better than ripping the top layer off my skin and having it red for the rest of the day. Bliss also offers many other services including henna art, and offer an AMAZING all-natural skin care line from India. They know what they're doing (look at how young their skin looks!) and I am so happy sioux falls FINALLY got a threading studio!
