While I waited for my aesthetician, I sat by a wonderful fireplace and just relaxed. When Anna came to get me for my facial, I was led to a private room. I can't stress enough how wonderful the ambience is in the spa. It promotes relaxation and peace of mind, both of which I needed. Anna was polite and attentive, and listened to my needs, and concerns. She even offered advice on a manicure I'd received from a different place a couple of days prior where my cuticles were sore, red and swollen. I only wish I had found Radiance Day Spa sooner! I'll definitely go there for my next manicure. After my facial, I was extremely relaxed. It included an arm and hand massage and neck. My skin was very smooth and moisturized afterwards.
