They were super nice and welcoming the only issues were the actual nails the tech I had didn't tell me what shape I wanted until later on in the process and so they came out short and the shape is off I always get almond nails but it looks like bubbles on my nails and then the letter A I asked for on the nail came out pretty bad overall the nail shape and design was not worth it I'm pretty sad about it they seemed like such nice people too! read more

I have loved my interactions with the staff here. There's a lot of them talking across the room to each other and including all the clients in the fun. It goes a long way to making me feel comfortable when they are having fun and so are we. I love seeing everyone laugh and smile! This place sucks. Whomp. Went in today with my little girl to get our nails done before vacation. I made an appointment for both me and her, and they were annoyed to have to do my daughters nails. My daughter is 3. Getting her nails done is the ultimate treat for her and she is a pedicure pro. As soon as we walked in, they were making comments about having to do her nails. Then, although we had appointments, they worked in two manicures while my daughter waited AN HOUR in the pedi chair. Might I add, perfectly still & patient... just excited and waiting to have her nails done. When he finally got to her, he was a jerk & rushed the whole thing. Threw paint on them and walked away. No actual pedicure involved. My pedicure sucked. I got the top of the line pedicure. They forgot my wine (which was included), no leg massage, barely rubbed hot stones on them... I should've just painted my toes at home. The same guy that did my daughters pedicure did my manicure. Was still rude. Whole time I just smiled and nodded... just wanted to get out of there with nice nails for my vacation. Took him FOREVER bc he's the only one who answers the phone there & literally walked away to answer the phone 10 times while trying to do my nails. Adding an extra 20 minutes EASY to my manicure. BUT... lastly... this poor woman walked in and they put her appointment on the wrong day. She was like, "no I know I said today... because it's my birthday." Turned her away and told her to come back tomorrow. I mean, these guys truly have no clue. read more

I was so impressed! I got a gel mani and a classic pedicure and it looks amazing! This place has an incredible staff! It's a clean, welcoming place. The only negative I have is they don't have OPI gel. The only reason I care is because I have a few go to OPI colors I know the name of, so I don't have to look through the colors. HOWEVER, the way they have the gel displayed is so dreamy! It would be worth go back again and again to not have to fumble through the stupid ring of colors. read more

I was in town visiting and my sister in law and I went. Great experience. Did both a signature pedi and classic mani. Price was what I normally expect at $55. Got a coupon online being a first time visitor which brought price down. I appreciated everything being sanitary and clean. We did call ahead in the morning for an appointment and we only waited maybe 5 minutes so that was nice. The staff was interactive and not ignoring everyone just to talk to each other which annoys me at other places. They let us have our conversation but then also talked and made us laugh. This will be our go to spot next time I'm in town and we need to do some pampering! Also they have a rewards system which would be nice if I lived here and went more often so good thing for recurring visitors. read more

I have had to wait even with an appointment on 2 separate occasions from 15 minutes to 30 minutes which is excessive, in my opinion. The nail tech used the drill improperly and made my cuticle bleed. I picked a color for my powder and the tech put the color on and it was not anywhere near the color I selected (much darker). I was hoping when the nails were done and all the layers were applied it would be different, but it was not. This was brought to the attention of the manager, but the answer was that the color samples were old and they hadn't updated the colors. If you have customers picking colors from samples, they need to be accurate. If they are old, replace them. No consideration was given in terms of cost. I did not make a follow up appointment. I can get this lousy treatment anywhere. read more

I was very impressed with the service, product, atmosphere and overall experience at this salon. I was in town to visit family and needed to get my nails done. I was impressed with the already written reviews so I called the day before and asked for an appointment the following morning - a Saturday no less. It was a hike from where I was staying near the airport, but well worth the drive. I have received many compliments on my nails and how nice they look. I am very please with this. Absolutely terrible, I made an appointment for my girlfriend to get her nails done. Upon arrival they said it was a short wait. after 45 minutes of waiting, she finally sat down, where a normal set of nails costed $60 when they were uneven, the person doing them was rough and seemed rushed.
