I had the club orange membership which according to the waxing the city membership you can cancel via mail, email, phone, or in person. I called to cancel, and they said that it had to be done in person because they are independent and not corporate so do not get the membership with out knowing what hoops you have to jump through to cancel. When it comes to the actual waxes they were okay not nearly as good as I've had through European wax center, but sadly they are not a choice in my area. Would rather shave daily then deal with them monthly.

From the time I walked in, I knew this place was special. It was clean, well decorated, with designated spaces designed to enhance the experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival and check in, I was offered a warm robe and slippers. They provide lockers for your personal belongings. The women's area was very clean and well organized, complete with showers and toiletries for your needs. Throughout the facility, there were stations for beverages, coffee, tea, and water. While I waited for my aesthetician, I sat by a wonderful fireplace and just relaxed. When Anna came to get me for my facial, I was led to a private room. I can't stress enough how wonderful the ambience is in the spa. It promotes relaxation and peace of mind, both of which I needed. Anna was polite and attentive, and listened to my needs, and concerns. She even offered advice on a manicure I'd received from a different place a couple of days prior where my cuticles were sore, red and swollen. I only wish I had found Radiance Day Spa sooner! I'll definitely go there for my next manicure. After my facial, I was extremely relaxed. It included an arm and hand massage and neck. My skin was very smooth and moisturized afterwards. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I suppose the true test of great service is if the customer returns. I will definitely be back to Radiance Day Spa the next time I'm in Sioux Falls. Don't feel like pricing was ever transparent, despite having the pricing paper at the register, but that not adding up to what I was charged.
