I went to Envy Nails for the first and last time on Monday June 22, 2026. It is a beautiful place and the pedicure with Linda was absolutely amazing. I wanted to love the place but after Linda and I got done making a plan on how to do my nails and she began preparing my nails, a lady walks in and just announced loudly that they were supposed to have an appointment at 4pm, Linda gets up and runs to her to look at the book. There was no appointment in the book. Linda asked for another time but the lady said it would not work. I understand that this lady was most likely a regular and that mistakes happen but what happened next was unbelievable. Linda came back to me and asked me to get up and move from my chair. I looked at her in disbelief. There was no please move, no explanation, and certainly no apology. I almost got up and left but she had already put on 2 fake nails. So the next lady who was going to do my nails obviously felt uncomfortable and I think asked if someone else could do my nails. Next I was told to get up and move to another chair. So I did. I believe this was the owner who was going to do my nails. She asked me what I wanted done and I told her to ask Linda because she knew exactly what what we were going to do to do and since they speak the same language I thought Linda could explain it to her better than I could. She did not ask and began to finish the preparation of my nails. When she finished, I asked her again to talk to Linda. She finally did talk to her but Linda did not take the time to fully explain so the owner was unsure so I just showed her the picture of what I was going to to do until I talked with Linda. The owner rushed through my nails and did an ok job. One that was very inconsistent from nail to nail. Like I said , a rushed job. Next, it was time to pay. Still no apology from the owner or from Linda. No discount. Nothing!!!! Apparently, they do not want my business. I was going to bring my friends too. I did leave not quite a 20% tip as well. (not sure why I did this, but I did) The place is very nice and Linda did a very impressive job, but her customer service was horrible!!! I have been in the hospitality business for a long time and this is no way to treat your guests. Same goes for the owner. If you make a mistake, which we all do, go out of your way to apologize and make the situation right. Put yourself in my shoes. How would you feel if you were a new customer in this situation, would you want to come back? You have the potential to do far better than you have so far. My experience started out amazing but that ended very quickly. An apology and some sort of a discount was all that you would'v had to do to resolve this. You could have kept my business and potentially have gained more business as well. read more

I'm sorry but I won't be going back ever. The gentleman was very apologetic but clearly has a lot more to learn. My nails are thick, uneven and bubbles all through. The nail tips were to painted thinly with the same color thinly carried up the sides of my nail bed... what I got was a French tip of different colors . I would be okay with that if they actually came out nicely!! My nails aren't funky but yet these acrylics are going all different directions. I'm so embarrassed! I have to wait for my fingers to heal from the two cuts in order for me to get them fixed elsewhere! read more

For the price, my nails were crap. Asked for builder gel removal and reapplication. Shape is inconsistent, lumpy and doesn't cover the nail in spots. Neither does polish. Didnt seal the ends of the nail either. Have had these for four days and doubt they will last longer than a week for the $80+. Also got a pedicure, from a different person same day. Pedicure was great. Great shape, great service, great polish. read more

I came in for a regular manicure. The polish was old and didn't dry, and smudged twice before leaving. They corrected it once, but I left with another smudge despite trying to dry the polish for a long time under the lights. They charged me $30 for a regular polish manicure. They talked really loud to each other while doing my nails. The whole experience was not enjoyable and a waste of money. read more

Love all the nail techs besides the gentleman, he focuses more on conversations than his job, my mom refused to have her nails done by him but I had my pedicure with him, couple days later the gel is already falling off; unlike my moms which still looks very nice. My toenails were barely filed and they were cut very short and uneven. Not much of a massage we paid for and I had to rub the lotion in myself. No sequencing to his routine he switched it all up independently and honestly was too pushy and inconsiderate. read more

Terrible service. Was getting a pedicure before going on vacation with my mom and the ladies acted like we were disrupting them when we were standing in the lobby. When I twitched my toe during her removing my toe polish she looked up upset and told me I can't do that again. I tried to explain its involuntary and I would hold my leg. Even with holding my leg it did twitch again and she made a big deal saying she could not continue on and so I had to sit there while my mom finished her pedicure. People where ok but seemed kinda rude. the pedicure was ok only because of the chair and exfoliation but my nails where messed up before going to dry them and when I brought it up she just told me to go dry them. So basically paid 80$ in total for nail polish that was messed up before drying and already partially gone off 5 of my fingers and most of my toes. I moved to Texas and I had never used a nail salon when I actually lived in Sioux Falls so when I had had to have my wedding in South Dakota I found this nail salon that was relatively close to my mothers home where we were stationed at 'Bride Central'. I decided to get a manicure done with fake nails and 'shellac'. Then of course I decided to get some Hello Kitty nails for my wedding which I thought would be cute. I had a previous manicure that wasn't done properly and I was hoping that the result would be way more positive than the last place that I had been. I was happily surprised to have a massage in the chair and with the hot stones to relax myself before my wedding. Then the nails looked wonderful as the lady explained that I don't need fake nails because the only ones that need it are the ones that aren't strong (my pinky fingers). The hello kitty nails turned out fantastic and were the highlight of the whole trip and the massage was just an added bonus. I took one of the business cards and gave it to my mom who lives in Sioux Falls, I'm hoping that she will go there and pamper herself a bit. read more

Made appointments with 2 friends for 1:30 PM a week ahead of time. We got there right at 1:30. A lady asked what time our appointment was (1:30) then we sat in the waiting area for 30 MINUTES before any of us were seated. We were all seated in different areas of the salon so we couldn't even talk to each other while getting our manicures. My nail technician did not say anything to me beyond "Wash your hands" and "Go over there and put your nails under the dryer." He did a good job with my nails but made absolutely no effort to talk to me, nor did ANYONE apologize for our super long wait. Really unimpressed, will not come here again. read more

I love this place they took me in just for a walk-in! They spoke great English and you could understand them even under the mask. They were very gentle with you hands and never pulled or tugged. They had sanitizer all around and the also had sinks to wash your hands before and after you got ur nails done. The people were very kind and asked if we needed anything. I have gone here many times and have great luck. Susie is by far the best person here. I had Thuy today and I was less than impressed. She couldn't understand the shape of "natural" so after 3 attempts and my nails are much shorter than I prefer she finally got it correct. Also, she was filing with her drill and completely ripped half my nail off. Not only was it painful, she tried fixing it with acrylic and it looks terrible. Don't worry, I was still charged the full $47 for my 1.5 visit and terrible nails to go with it. read more

I made an appointment here and instantly had very good customer service when I walked in. Also my daughter is 7 and they took very good care of her. Both got pedicures and manicures. my nail lady was stressed about being backed up and rushed on my nails. i mentioned that there was a mess up on one nail and she proceeded to just go over part of it and not fix the rest. i payed extra for a design and she asked if she could go off of the design which seems lazy to me. one of my nails also have a random sparkle in them that she didn't even take out. the nail design was simple and it looks awful. i am extremely disappointed and will never come again nor recommend this place. i'm not usually to picky but this was just very bad and not worth the high price at all read more

I recently sought out a nail salon that would fix a terrible acrylic french manicure I received at another location on the East side of SF. This place was really great. The young gal who spent nearly 1.5 hours drilling away at super thick cement on my nails was extremely pleasant, appropriate and genuinely interested in the conversations we carried out. Her husband also is employed there and he was just as pleasant as his wife. The professionalism aside, I can say she did a great job at making my nails look natural again and did a beautiful job applying gel to my nails too! I frequently visit the west coast and have experienced great manicures there, I'm confident that I will return here for future pampering! (I've also seen the work they do on acrylic application and they do a flawless job. They look as if they are your own nails, just as they should! read more
