The WOSRT PART is that BOTH of my big toe nails are infected. I didn't see it until the gel grew out. I also have hematomas at my cuticle line from trauma. It's believed that they filed them down too much causing the trauma AND infection. 100% do not recommend. I'd attach the photo of my toes nails, but I'm complete embarrassed and disgusted.

Even the men that I showed our pictures too could not believe how awful it looked. I unfortunately could not tell Ali in person your makeup artistry sucked and sent a message and let them know of my dissatisfaction and that we had to redo our makeup. Before Ali did my makeup I was VERY clear about how natural and light I wanted it and so did my daughters. We even showed inspiration pics She is correct I did leave $60 as she did give 3 of us a service and we were not unsatisfied with our hair. That is $20 a person. However if I would have loved our makeup the tip would have been that much bigger!!! In their message they were trying to create that I am a difficult client or person which I am not difficult at all. Again I gave this "professional " a very generous tip according to them Also they were not happy I didn't say anything to Ali before we left however # 1 we had to be at the church by 130 and still had to finish getting ready and dressed and It was 12 when we left. # 2 it would have not changed the outcome as we were all VERY CLEAR what we wanted. I've been here quite a few times over the years and with several different therapists. Michelle is my absolute favorite (think: strong and excellent technique meets fun and comforting personality). In truth, I've never had a bad experience here with anyone. Easy to schedule an appointment, relaxed yet professional environment, clean tables and rooms. I highly recommend this place!

She was nice though and the place was very clean and professional looking. I would just probably not recommend that specific therapist if you're wanting knots worked out. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name though.
