I expected the consultation to be around 30 minutes, and for the Aesthetician to discuss the process, tell me how it would improve my face, and possibly show me samples of her work. Then let me pay and book the service. Instead, they took pictures of my face which supposedly showed the amount of damage in my skin. Then the aesthetician, Alex, kept me for an hour and a half trying to sell me over $10,000 in lasers, chemical peels, and other services I had no interest in. When I let her know that these would not work for my schedule right now, she kept pushing that they should all be done before the service I actually wanted. She showed me the advertising before and after photos of people who had gotten the lasers, but when I asked for photos of her own work, she did not have any, I was so confused after a while that I just wanted to leave. I would expect the upsell maybe after I had already had a service or two but not to be talked out of it when I was there with cash in hand. She kept asking me questions that had nothing to do with what I was there for. Then when I tried to leave, she tried to sell me products. I told her for the second time that I'm not interested in products. She said "I know but here" and grabbed my hand and proceeded to put different products on my hand. I said again no thank you, and she then asked me which of the products she'd put on my hand did I like best. It was really really weird. Then she kept trying to sell me products like tinted sunscreen, rather than helping me figure out if I wanted to purchase the sale item I'd come for which was over a thousand dollars. I walked out and will never return. I felt emotionally traumatized from the visit, not to mention robbed of an hour and a half of my time. I will never return to a doctor that ignores my no. I would not recommend. i had a wax done and they were not thorough so I brought it up in a review…read more They offered a free wax which was nice, but every visit after the complaint they would be rude to me and even heard the ugly one with glasses say that's the one when I was walking to the back. I had the club orange membership which according to the waxing the city membership you can cancel via mail,email, phone, or in person. I called to cancel, and they said that it had to be done in person because they are independent and not corporate so do not get the membership with out knowing what hoops you have to jump through to cancel. When it comes to the actual waxes they were okay not nearly as good as I've had through European wax center, but sadly they are not a choice in my area. Would rather shave daily then deal with them monthly.
