Seemed to get annoyed if a client asked them to change or fix something -The quality of the up-dos most definitely did not match the cost that they charged. Each bridesmaid had to have their hair re-done by a hairstylist from a different vendor to fix what they did. They did not seem to listen to the style being asked or able to execute them properly. They very much do "old school" hair (I.e- very tight buns, large poofs, etc) again, not at all the vibe anyone asked for. -Seemed to be a lack of communication/organization between the studio and the bride The studio brought more stylists than agreed upon, and threatened to charge the bride if their "chairs were not filled". Again, lacking professionalism with the way they handled this.

They went out of their way to help me! That's customer service. I made an appointment here based on previous yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. I spent $100 expecting to leave with an improvement and hair that reflected what we discussed and the inspiration picture I showed you. Instead, I feel like I wasted my money and am leaving less happy with my hair than when I arrived. I understand you're offering to have me come back next week for a couple of hours to try to fix it, but the reality is that I shouldn't have to rearrange my schedule and spend more time in the chair to correct a result that didn't meet what we agreed on in the first place. I'm genuinely disappointed with the outcome, and I don't feel that asking me to come back for a correction adequately addresses the fact that I paid for a service that didn't deliver what I asked for. Just a waste of time and money in my opinion.

The price is great, service is great. There are free peanuts, water, coffee and treats in the waiting area. I sometimes bring my 3 young kids with me, and they are entertained while I get my haircut. Either cartoons or books help them pass the time.

Cleanly kept and friendly staff but my "certified" Deva Cut was the worst one I've ever had…read more I was determined not to go in with stretched out curls because that means walking out with shorter than expected length. But that is still what happened at this salon. The stylist ran her fingers through, broke up, stretched out then cut every curl I had tried so hard to keep perfect throughout my work day for this appointment. She cut my hair like it was straight and now I'm left with a shorter than chin length mess. I am SO upset, embarrassed, self conscious, and sad with what I have now that I just want to crawl under a rock until my curls grow back :'-(
