Each bridesmaid had to have their hair re-done by a hairstylist from a different vendor to fix what they did. They did not seem to listen to the style being asked or able to execute them properly. They very much do "old school" hair (I.e- very tight buns, large poofs, etc) again, not at all the vibe anyone asked for. -Seemed to be a lack of communication/organization between the studio and the bride The studio brought more stylists than agreed upon, and threatened to charge the bride if their "chairs were not filled". They asked what we wanted and my wife let me decide. I chose the highest package so my wife would get spoiled. My wife got to pick out what color she wanted her nails painted while soaking and the person giving the pedicure to her was rushing as if to finish quickly all while trying to convince my wife to get gel on her nails which we already explained she was allergic to. Meanwhile I am sitting here waiting to get mine started. The gal taking care of my wife didnt massage at all. The hot stone treatment ladted maybe 2 mins because someone walked in she got up and helped them and came back and didn't finish her other leg. As my wife was getting her nails painted someone came over to start mine about 30 mins of waiting. By the time the water was cold. However the gal ran new water for me, and took an hour to do my pedicure. She did very well i was spoiled. But my wife was the reason I made the appointment and her pedicure was horrible. All the gal wanted to do was push her to do gel instead of paint and was not listening at all to her. I would avoid going here I feel the fact that i paid 156 dollars for the 2 pedicures and it was meant to be us sharing the experience together and instead we were irritated that mine wasnt at the same time as hers and hers was very poorly done.
