We had our bridesmaid hair done by a chameleon and it was not a great experience…read more -They were not very friendly or professional. Making snide comments to each other in front of clients. Seemed to get annoyed if a client asked them to change or fix something -The quality of the up-dos most definitely did not match the cost that they charged. Each bridesmaid had to have their hair re-done by a hairstylist from a different vendor to fix what they did. They did not seem to listen to the style being asked or able to execute them properly. They very much do "old school" hair (I.e- very tight buns, large poofs, etc) again, not at all the vibe anyone asked for. -Seemed to be a lack of communication/organization between the studio and the bride The studio brought more stylists than agreed upon, and threatened to charge the bride if their "chairs were not filled". Again, lacking professionalism with the way they handled this.

Due to us being from out of town and here for Dr. appointments, we had to reschedule for a half hour later. They understood and happily moved the appointment. They went out of their way to help me! That's customer service. I made an appointment here based on previous yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. I'm visiting from Los Angeles so naturally I'm very loud and extremely demanding but coming to…read moreSioux Falls I was pleasantly surprised I needed a very quick beard trim luckily one of the stylist who works here who is incredibly talented very efficient and literally can eyeball the most awesome solution for somebody who looks like they've been dressing in the dark for 30 years... That's me by the way this is Stroh, I had to call her that because her husband was so wonderfully polite and I met him earlier, was lucky to book me all I had to do was call in and ask availability and even if she wasn't available there was a good chance someone else would be but this is a full service salon that anybody in Los Angeles with envy it is beautifully laid out it has endless options for all sorts of cosmetic needs... I literally would bribe every one of my ex-wives with the stay at this place. However the prices are incredibly reasonable and what you get in return is a value much greater than what you paid for. You need a trim, coloring, manicure, pedicure, full salon experience?? You won't go anywhere else seriously I think people should fly in from Siberia there is no better salon

Cleanly kept and friendly staff but my "certified" Deva Cut was the worst one I've ever had…read more I was determined not to go in with stretched out curls because that means walking out with shorter than expected length. But that is still what happened at this salon. The stylist ran her fingers through, broke up, stretched out then cut every curl I had tried so hard to keep perfect throughout my work day for this appointment. She cut my hair like it was straight and now I'm left with a shorter than chin length mess. I am SO upset, embarrassed, self conscious, and sad with what I have now that I just want to crawl under a rock until my curls grow back :'-(
