It's simply not their expertise. They only have about 15 dip colors to choose from that were not overly appealing to me. My nail tech was super nice, however, I found her to be slow at the dip process compared to other salons. The end result looked decent, however, a couple days later the color began to chip and the rest was history. Some of my nails all of the dip is chipping slowly off breaking my natural nail with it. Unfortunately, I won't be going here again for a dip manicure.
