From making the appointment to actually getting our imaging has never been a problem. We always get here early and usually are in and out in no time! This was maybe the easiest and fastest medical office visit in my life. Check-in was quick. I filled my paperwork in the night before online. I waited about 4 minutes and was taken back on time. The phone call to Nancy that assisted me with making the reservation was excellent. But once there, none of the front desk ladies were very friendly. But it got worse. The Technician was not at all attentive or understand what customer service is. A simple greeting would be nice, but not here. Not a good experience at all. My Son had an x-ray taken on Friday @ 11:45 AM for his backpain and they haven't send the reports to the doctor yet. Called them couple of times and they said reports will take 24 to 48 hours. Today is Tuesday @ 2:15 PM and i called them for an update because the doctor hasn't received the reports. Their standard answer is the reports will be sent by EOD. I have told them that the doctor's appointment is in the next 45 Minutes and requested them politely to expedite. They are saying that they will send in an hour ??. Not sure if they understand the pain of a kid. Please show empathy. read more

I recently had a fall and have to have some X-rays. I was referred to this office. I feel that I was treated pretty good throughout the process. I called for my results since my doctor never called me and someone at Envision sent my results right to me. The second time that I called, I spoke with Madeliene and she was so sweet. She was really patient and gave me all of the answers that I was looking for. She also went a step above and beyond by calling my doctors office to make sure they received my scans. It wasn't until after she called the doctors office that I received a call from the doctor office so kudos to her. read more

I was looking for a place to get an MRI quickly since the hospital had a month wait and we located this place. Setting up an appointment and getting my doctor to send the info was fast. The technician who took my image was very professional and helped me quite a bit since I was in so much pain. They gave me my CD and I was off the same day. I approve this location for your MRI needs. read more

This is a HORRIBLE PLACE! What a waste or my time and they could care less! I was Truely disturbed at how I was treated today by these people. Stay away from this place - It bothers me giving them a 1 star, wish I could give them a negative number of stars. They frankly owe me money for wasting my time. My Dr scheduled the appointment, provided my insurance info. I called to make appointment, gave them my insurance info. I checked in online this morning, provided my Insurane info. I arrived 15 min early, gave them my insurance info. I waited. Then they call me to tell me that they are not a part of my insurance network. What a complete waste of my time! How casual they were about telling me Oh it won't be a copay today, it will be 8500 bucks! Yeah that's what I can ever for today. I had an appt for 2pm for simple sitmarks pill. Yheu had me sitting in the lobby 1hr for an appt that doesn't even take 5min. The lady that does the images was confused and front desk claimed to not know what the wait was for. Don't go to this location. I wouldn't use envision at all if you have other options. X-rays completed quickly...as they can. My daughter had to get a chest xray and our doctor recommended Envision. They have plenty of parking. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We found the doctor hasn't turned in the orders for the xrays. While they called, she had us complete as much paperwork as possible. She gave use regular updates, even if it was the intruders hadn't come yet. After about 45 minutes of waiting, we were able to get our xrays. They were done quickly. The xray room was clean and open. We waited for less than 5 minutes and left with a CD of our xrays. The price was reasonable with and without insurance. I did notice their website's hours of service did not match their building's hours of service. I would call and confirm if you're coming after 6. read more

First of all....they allow employees work unsupervised after their manager Stephanie leaves at 5pm. Second....they are open until 7pm as an imaging service; However only certain services are available until 6pm. I have been here on a handful of Occasions and have always been disappointed in their front office staff and their handling of their clients that have been referred for services by their medics professionals. I don't find an option to zero stars. otherwise I should have rate them zero. I literally got the Bill for 5 times for the same service. Every-month they revise and send a bill for $100 - $300. I ended up paying $1000 where as other providers charged me once and $300 for the same service. Don't even think of going to this service even your doctor/provider recommends you. I went in for a pregnancy anatomy ultrasound on a Friday and was told that my images would be available within a couple of hours to view online and here it is Monday morning and I am still unable to access my images. Ive been told that my report was ready on Friday along with my images yet when I log in with my personal information at the link that was provided to me it shows no findings reported. I called the office this morning and was sent another link via text that is still of no use to me. This is so unfortunate and highly disappointing as an expecting mother waiting to see images of my baby. I don't understand why they give CDs with the images on there in the first place CDS are useless in this digital age who even still has CD players? I hope they can get this resolved for me today because I'm not happy with this place at all. read more

Slow...slow slow. Yes they had magazines and aurw the TV was on, but the receptionist seemed apathetic and the wait times were LONG. The nurses are nice, but I waited 2hours for xrays. 2hrs seems a bit ridiculous. read more

Envision Imaging of Las Colinas is super clean and staffed with the friendliest people that make every attempt to ensure that you are seen quickly and that your MRI (x-rays, etc) is completed in a timely manner, while maintaining your comfort. Check-in is a breeze and the reception area has comfortable seating, complimentary coffee, tons of new magazines & HGTV on the huge flatscreen. However, your time in there is very limited, so more than likely you won't be able to take advantage of those niceties... I'm serious when I tell you the staff is expedient! I've had two MRIs in the last 3 years and both times Shelia was my technician. She is professional, personable, funny, caring & thorough and had me on my way out the door in less than 20 minutes. Hopefully, I'm through with having to get another MRI for a very long time, but if I should ever need another, I'll definitely be going back to Envision Imaging of Las Colinas. read more

Not a fan. I got an x-ray and an MRI, which were both fine. But at the end, the skinny lady with the short hair at the front desk gave me an incomplete CD, ie it didn't have all the imaging that I bought. I didn't know this until my doctor's appointment a few weeks later. Great. I had to rush back to Envision in the middle of my appointment and the same skinny girl with the pixie hair cut was unapologetic and didn't seem to care that she made a mistake and made me waste my time. My recommendation: go elsewhere. read more

Don't trust their billings. They scammed me out of $644 when I could have done this for $150 outside. My insurance company denied the service and Envision did not charge me a CASH rate. The market rate for that service is $150. If you go to Envision anywhere be careful! Don't trust them to do the right thing for their customers. I feel cheated. They sent my pending amount to Credit Collection and I ended up paying full $644 for a service I could have done for 25% the price. I can tell you I am never going to them again as I cannot trust them anymore. read more

The staff at Envision Imaging were so helpful and compassionate to me and really listened to what I was needing for my MRI needs. They coordinated with my doctor when he needed to send additional information. Jenny the radiology technician has worked with me twice in 2 years and made me relaxed so I could get the MRI done. When they were not able to fit me in for a specific MRI for the end of the year, they communicated with two other locations who had the availability. The front desk staff was so nice, courteous and helpful. My daughter's orders had been submitted in wrong, so they took the time to immediately call her Dr's office and request a corrected order. They did all this while checking people in and when we were waiting on the order, I called the Dr myself as well. When they told me they had faxed it over I asked the front desk staff to please check, they did, once again while also checking people in. So very grateful to them, clean, had coffee, tea and even cookies. Will definitely be back if needed! read more

when asked how many pregnancies versus how many live births, i was questioned as to why my answer was NO to having an abortion. i have not. i had a MISCARRIAGE. i was told they are the same thing. no, they are not. and for your company to associate that as the "same thing" is absolutely unacceptable. it could be traumatizing to the wrong person, and i will never come back. read more

I'm sorry to see that others had a bad experience but I'm here to say Envision Imaging is my #1 choice for my exams. I've brought my child there a couple times and had a great experience. My technologist was WONDERFUL! She is amazing with kids! Walking in they greet us and smile. I've even seen the Office Manager helping out when they were busy and had a person waiting in line. They did their best to avoid a line at check in. Seems to have great staff and management staff to really help make their patients experience go well. Thanks Envision for making our visit so great! I was referred here by my doctor, Envision imaging has a great location in Las Colinas, has a beautiful facility with many great and updated amenities. On my first visit I felt they literally rolled out the red carpet for me. The staff was all friendly and inviting, and I was taken to have my ultrasound performed within minutes of my arrival. However I needed to return for further pictures and made an appointment for that Saturday 10/11/14. The receptionist was great but the tech that performed my Ultrasound was another story altogether. She was a VERY pregnant Indian woman. I was taken back to the same room I originally received my ultrasound in this tech pressed down on my stomach so hard I was in pain and I asked her did she have to press down so hard she coldly said yes and offered no further information. And when it came down to the inter vaginal ultrasound she wanted me to plant my feet at my bottom and I have mobility issues so I told her my knee would allow that so she snapped and said if I knew you couldn't do that I never would have did the procedure. So I asked her can you let out the stirrups, and she said this table doesn't have those and I told her it does because I was just in them 2 days prior(in the same room on the same table). So basically she was frustrated with me because she didn't know how to work her equipment. I felt no consideration was given during my entire procedure and with the tech's condescending, and cold attitude I left the facility in tears. Lastly to add injury to insult I filled out a survey detailing all of this, left my contact info on in it and told the receptionist that I wanted someone to contact me about my experience and she assured me that she would put it on the desk of someone named Christy and it is now 10/17/2014 and I have heard from no one. read more

Called for an appointment, girl answers the phone, she greeted me and said her name. I start by saying hello, and then begin to tell her that I need to schedule an appointment. Then she says, Im currently not at my desk, please leave a message. I'm thinking W!T!F! is this horse crap!! A professional office with a spoof answering machine message? I guess they are NOT at all as professional as I thought. Wow, I guess the scheduling person thought it would be funny to do that. She must be 12 years old. I mean really, how much more unprofessional can you be! Now I have to go there for service? HELL NO! I have never been to this place, but I have talked to a couple people, prior to trying to schedule an appointment today and I was NOT AT ALL impressed with the answers I received from them on simple procedural questions. Like, how long does it usually take to get authorization? or, How long after my procedure will it take for my doc to get the results? Bottom line for me is, I don't want to go there at all! Staff, radiologist ...all great. Huge problem with sewer gas coming from drain in floor of restroom. It was horrible, so bad that it made me nauseous and I was actually gagging while in the rest room. . I did speak to staff; they said they have tried many remedies without success. Apparently, the problem Is that the corporate office will not pony up to have it fixed. It is a great facility with awesome people but that odor is horrific and permmeates the entire facility. I cannot imagine working in that environment all day, every day. It could not be healthy. I will or go back there without assurance that this huge problem has been corrected. read more
