The front staff has answered all my questions and were professional in handling my paperwork. The techs that had help me were very caring and showed empathy towards me. The facility inside was clean and organized. Whenever I go in they are always patient with me when I ask a ton of questions. These last few months have been a new experience for me. Friendly and knowledgeable people working here made my visits easier. First time I came here it was hard to find the front door haha. Pull into the parking lot and you will see the big double doors with sings to all the offices they have there. Dont go by the numbers on the smaller doors on the side of the building haha. I usually always get morning appointments so I get there when it is not crowded. The parking lot can get a little busy but there is parking there trust me.

I became very nervous. The man leads me down the hall, then out the back door. What the fuck! We walked to the unsecured parking lot to a shipping container where the MRI machine was. I had to partially undress in this unsecured container. This man put me in this 1980's MRI machine with no instruction on what he was about to do. The machine was so noisy that you had to wear earmuffs. It was totally scary. I powered through and finished, because I couldn't reschedule. I ask for a business card. The office did not have any. I will never go to that MRI office again. This place was ghetto and needs a new standard. I give this place a thumbs down.

This place had to stick me three times and one of the places they stuck bruised me SEVERELY. The…read morefirst time i went here a nice lady with tattoos helped me out and only had to stick me once, i barely felt it and the process was quick. The second time i had to go i got a new lady. No biggie. She was very nice but stuck me in places that I've never been stuck at before. She stuck the first time, couldn't get any blood to flow. Then moved to the other arm and stuck a second time which REALLY hurt. She couldn't get the second poke to get any blood so she called in reinforcements which just so happen to be the lady i had the first time i went. The new lady stuck me a third time and was able to get my samples and i barely felt the third time. I'm usually never one to complain but the fact that i bruised like this after not even after 24 hours, that's a real inconvenience. I wish i had received somebody's name but just know if you are going to get blood drawn PLEASE request the lady with the tattoos to make the process pain free. Because i literally started bruising up a few hours after i left. Even my first pole had a small bruise but this one was the worse. This picture is the next morning.
