Parker evaluated the cause (slow leaking evaporator coil) but he wanted to be sure the rest of the system maintained integrity by performing a pressure leak test which he did a few days later. He charged the system back up, enough to get me to the pressure test. Confirming the problem, he passed me over to Hope who provided a solution and explained in detail what needed to be done, what it would cost, and how long it would take. This was on a Friday afternoon. She was able to coordinate the required new equipment, materials and schedule their construction team for the following Monday morning. Everything was in place that morning and needless to say, they knew what to do and how to do it. They jumped on it, and never stopped. No breaks, no lunch and were finished by 2:00 PM. This was a major project, having to demo and rebuild the supply plenum, remove and replace the coil section of the furnace, install a new drain pan and drains, etc. As fate would have it, my thermostat had failed and that caused a delay getting the system to start. Richard, another airWoodlands tech came out and discovered the problem quickly and provided me with a new thermostat. From Angela, to Parker, to Hope, to Cossa, and to Richard, I could not have asked for a better team from any one, anywhere.
