We used this company for a ride to the airport (didn't want our friends to be responsible for getting up that early to take us). I chose them because they are GREEN and I'm a GREEN Real Estate Broker. They were on time, courteous and in speaking with the owner who drove, are doing very well in the Central Oregon Market and the fleet has grown from 1 or 5 cars (I think that's what he told us...it was very early that morning). I have to chime in on Candace's review and agree with her, Enviro Shuttle is the best!! I travel more than I like to and I appreciate their prompt, reliable service to and from the airport no matter the time of day/night/god awful early morning! The woman who typically answers the phone is so sweet, it's amazing! If you have called other cab companies in the area, you might agree the dispatchers are a bit rough, not a problem, but she is a gem! I have had issues with pickups and missed rides from other companies but these guys have been solid, I do recommend calling and reserving ahead of time because they do book up. read more

If you need a shuttle anywhere in the Bend area, these are the guys to go to. They were on time, friendly, helpful and considerate. They took us to the airport in a clean, smoke free car. I have to admit we haven't used Enviro Shuttle for several years, and the only reason I was on yelp for them was to see how Melissa was doing. During my daughter's two years in Bend she (and I) used Enviro Shuttle many, many times and Melissa was wonderful. On more than one occasion she went above and beyond (hundreds of miles beyond) the job description. She should be cloned. Even her mother was great and wanted to be of help when I needed it. I phone ahead one week for a shuttle. I had a 5:45am flight out of RDM and arranged for pickup in Bend at 0415am on the morning of the flight. THE DRIVER DID NOT SHOW UP. I phoned Enviro Shuttle who knew nothing. They had the driver call me. THE DRIVER HAD SET HER ALARM TO WAKE UP IN THE PM, NOT AM. The driver, of course, was oh-so-sorry, but wouldn't be able to pick up me in time. The Shuttle Express dispatcher was oh-so-sorry as well. We booked Enviro Shuttle a few days prior to this trip and were repeat customers. We arrived on the midnight flight after traveling for 48 hours and were left at the airport to "get a taxi, there are some outside". Not acceptable. It started out ok, our driver met us with a sign that had our name and another. We were off the plane first and the driver asked if we minded sharing the ride since they had a driver that called in sick. It wasn't our first choice, but said ok. When the other customer arrived he wanted to go to the car while we waited for our luggage (all of 5 minutes). A couple of minutes later the driver came back in and said that the other customer didn't want to wait, and he was prepaid by the "Oxford Hotel" so they were leaving and we could get a taxi that was outside. Horrible way to treat a local, repeat customer while giving preference to the high end hotel guest. I would have rated them at the lowest score, but had acceptable service (not stellar) in the past. We've had the pleasure of getting a ride from Melinda twice now, and each time was such a smooth and enjoyable experience. That someone can be that chipper that earlier in the morning is impressive. Saving fuel but not environmentally conscious. The driver sits next to the car in the taxi lane and smokes while waiting for passengers. Sure, the cars are non-smoking but that doesn't mean the driver doesn't stink like an ashtray. read more

Used Enviroshuttle for a trip from the airport to Bend and I couldn't be happier with the service. My flight arrived very late at night (almost midnight) but despite the late hour, I was greeted by the friendliest, most upbeat driver as soon as I exited the terminal. Her positive attitude was absolutely contagious and a welcome change after a long day of work and traveling. She was pleasant during the whole drive to Bend and when she learned it was my first time visiting the town, she offered several recommendations for dining and things to check out during my stay. She made me feel very welcome and went out of her way to be kind and engaging. This was hands down the best car service experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this company. read more

Great customer service! Due to weather conditions in eastern WA, my recent flight from Seattle to RDM was delayed multiple times as we waited for our plane to come into SeaTac from Spokane. My originally planned ground transportation to Bend became unavailable. I wondered if I should just give up and reschedule my flight. In the midst of this uncertainty I texted Enviro and explained my situation. Could they come get me, even in a snowstorm and even if it turned out to be late at night? "I can have a driver there for you if it lands." I relaxed and stayed put. We continued to communicate as more delays were announced at my gate, and the Enviro folks remained friendly and extremely accommodating throughout. My 5:10 flight finally took off after 8 pm with a 50-50 chance of being able to land in the snow in Redmond. We made it! And so did our Enviro driver. Jim was friendly and skilled at driving through snowdrifts and over the frozen, corrugated roads of late-night central Oregon. Melinda called me during the drive to be sure that all was well. I was very impressed with their care and commitment and I highly recommend their services to anyone traveling in the area. (And a shout-out to Yelp, too--it was the reviews which my husband found here which prompted him to suggest that I contact Enviro in the first place!) read more

Was very please with Enviro Shuttle. We had to be picked up around 3:15AM in Prineville and we also used this company to get back home from the airport. The driver was on time picking us up from our home and when we got off the plane the driver was there to greet us inside the airport to help us with our luggage to the car. Only reason I didn't 5 stars is because I was told the driver would call in the morning to confirm he was on his way for our pick up (since I was paranoid he may over sleep) and I never got that call. read more

Bill was awesome on the phone, explaining how everything worked. Barb, our driver, called several times to let us know she would be late. Due to the snow in Bend, we planned ahead and asked for an earlier pickup, so her delay caused us no issues. She was very polite. We went this this service after another service never called us back.
