Booked a cab to the airport with them. The night before the airline changed our departure time to earlier. Called them to rebook and they couldn't accommodate us. They said they would credit us toward the return ride but they charged us anyway. We had to take our own car to the airport since we couldn't get another cab. Then we canceled our return cab with them but again they just charged us anyway. So we paid $96 for two rides we never took plus the airport parking fees. Pretty lousy way to do business. read more

My ride from RDM fell through at the last minute, and I called to see if I could schedule a pickup from Enviro shuttle instead as I left SEA, as I heard good things on Nextdoor Bend about Enviro shuttle. I really appreciated the prompt service and last-minute accommodation for my needs! Also, it was so helpful to be met at baggage claim, since I had my toddler, a large car seat, and a suitcase to manage. I've used these guys 2 or 3 times to get to the airport when I've needed to leave my vehicle at home for various reasons. They are always on-time(usually early), they are always friendly and personable, and they even take American Express! The only thing I would say they could improve on is having someone available to answer the phone and book trips. Most of the time I call and leave a message or text them. You'll get a response back within 1/2 an hour, but it is a little nerve wracking when you are trying to line up a ride to the airport to not get a firm confirmation immediately. read more

My flight was delayed then it was cancelled but she was ready to pick me up when I finally arrived and with a great big hug! I can't say enough positive things about Enviro taxi service! My family and I were vacationing in Sunriver over Memorial Day week for my daughter and her grandpas birthdays. My parents needed a ride to the airport after we checked out of the resort as my husband, daughter and I had to leave early. The guy at Enviro who answered the phone was super nice and attentive as was the driver, Barb. Barb went the extra mile, calling me several times with updates on my parents' status, got a wheelchair for my mom at the resort and upon arrival at Redmond airport. Them called me after she dropped them off to let me know that they were in the safe hands of the security personnel who were escorting them to their gate. The people at Enviro Shuttle take customer service to a new level. We experienced some travel frustrations and got stuck in Atlanta. Rescheduling our shuttle was super easy. We use Enviro shuttle for airport transport for my husband's business trips. The cars are clean (no smokers), drivers prompt and friendly. I like the option of car-sharing to reduce your fare. Their one downfall, as everyone else has noted, is that their response time on requests is really slow. I always make sure to email and text, and usually hear back within the day. That works for me, but I doubt it is sustainable for them as a business. I hope they read their reviews and make some adjustments. Bill and Milinda seem like good folks and I'd like to see their business flourish. read more

I travel more than I like to and I appreciate their prompt, reliable service to and from the airport no matter the time of day/night/god awful early morning! The woman who typically answers the phone is so sweet, it's amazing! If you have called other cab companies in the area, you might agree the dispatchers are a bit rough, not a problem, but she is a gem! I have had issues with pickups and missed rides from other companies but these guys have been solid, I do recommend calling and reserving ahead of time because they do book up. read more

I'm only giving them 3 stars NOT because their service is bad, on the contrary their service is excellent! The cars are clean, the drivers are kind and personal, the price is right and they have always been on time to take my husband and I to the airport. My criticism is that they do not have enough cars/drivers to service all of their requests. My husband and I travel at least 2 to 3 weeks per month and 50% of the time they tell us that they can not accommodate us because they are full with pick ups and drop offs for the day. If you are a person that travels on business you need to book Enviro Shuttle at least 3 weeks in advance. We have now had to start using another local taxi cab company. read more
