Purchasing our jeep from Enumclaw was, by far, the most distressing experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. This is our 3rd vehicle from this dealership, their C.S. was terrible this time. Our jeep had several leaks. We had it in their shop for 5 days, when we got it back it still leaked in all the same places. They said they would have to order new seals. We Wait.....forever, and end up going to another dealership altogether, they had us in the next day, vehicle fully repaired. After we started complaining to corporate about Enumclaw they informed us that two weeks prior to our purchase, Enumclaw filed a repair with warrenty (I believe) to put all new seals on the hard top, but guess what, they never put those seals on the top. Instead, it seems they used a liquid sealant and kept the seals from the warranty that were supposed to put on our jeep. Corporate is investigating Enumclaw for the SWITCH. We are shocked at the poor customer service we received and We will be buying our Jeep Summit at Larson's in Puyallup where they have given us wonderful service. ~~~~GOOD-BYE ENUMCLAW--YOU SUCK~~~~ read more

Sold me a lemon, then "let me pick a different car" that was way more money, that I had to settle for, and only refunded me some of my Gap insurance money even though I only had the lemon for a month. I recently bought a 1 year old 2012 dodge charger from Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Two things happened 1. I agreed to pay the sales price of the car at 19k, but within a day I found the car for 18k online. The sales manager stepped up and corrected it, which I give kudos but I had to go back in and draw new papers etc when the right thing would have been to offer me the true sales price... In the mortgage business you would never get away with this... 2. I had some issues with my gas cap cover opening and my stereo drifting off channel within a few days of buying it. After a few weeks and making sure it wasnt my thumbs or a ghost, I went in to ask them to square up with me and diagnose and fix the problem which I thought they were doing but the service guy throws me the 100 deductable / dignosis fee. I thought since I still have paper plates they could help a new client out and look at it.... which they did but then billed my like 126+ bucks. Then service departement could not find anything wrong but still charged me and then never even called me to let me know, I called six hours after they got it just to see what was up and they were like oh yeah, its done and cant find anything but you owe us blah blah blah. I thought car dealerships would actually car about if you are going to come back or not..... But with 90% of my experiences they are only about the one time commission or sale and never about repeat business.... at least that is what I am getting from Enumclaw chrysler jeep dodge... On a positve note, the finance manager did find me a great rate and was pleasure to deal with. CURRENTLY I will not buy again from this company until they make it right!!! read more

Lack of commitment by staff members. When you I go in because you said I won on your advertisement you sent me. HONOR IT! When you make up stuff and say you have integrity. But you don't. You wonder why I don't respond to people that have no integrity. Means to me that you are going to be mean to me or you are impulsive. I still want the GM or the owner of your company to speak with me. Yeah they have cars and clean facility. But you lack in everything else. That why I have had better experience. I just bought a 60,000 car here a year ago.. already haven't issues so I bring it in..it could take all day and I have my kids and the BEST they can do for me is call me a SHUTTLE.. My husband and I both agreed it was the best car buying experience we have had. Thanks to all their hard work they were able to get the rates down and keep the payment wehere we wanted it. We were able to test drive the Jeep as many times as we wanted, they even offered we could take it home for the evening. They answered all of our questions and were never pushy. I also really liked being able to communicate via email and negiotiate some of the pricing without having to go in to the dealership. Our experience was definately a 10!!!! read more

Mike Riebe is awesome! He let me drive 3 vehicles, one I took on an extended drive and he didn't say a word. Very pleasant man, very easy going. No hard sale tactics or pressure here! It was several days before I was able to get back to purchase the one I wanted, but back I went. Sure it was the usual 3 hours to purchase, but it wasn't painful. Everyone there is nice. And honestly, the finance guy (Jeff?) was wonderful. Yes, he told me about extra warranties, etc. but didn't press me further when I said no thanks. Cannot say enough good things about the way I was treated. Nice, professional people and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I used to really like this dealership's service department for my 2011 Ram truck. Now, not so much. Brought truck in for an LOF, tire rotation, and steering wheel centering after they did a wheel alignment some time back. All prior to driving that truck from Federal Way to Phoenix, AZ. (1) Tires got rotated but they didn't adjust the pressure-- so was dangerously low in back and dangerously high in front. Discovered this at home and just by chance; and (2) They didn't adjust the steering wheel, and maybe that was a good thing. I don't mind paying more for dealer service rather than using an independent shop, but if you can't trust a dealership to do a proper job on a basic service then what's the point? The speed limits on the way to Phoenix are mostly 80 mph-- not a good speed at which to have tire/handling/stability problems in a pickup. I'm quite aggravated that these guys put me and my family at risk this way. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! read more

CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION!! Posting this to help people not get screwed by this company. Amber and I purchased 2 vehicles about a year ago from Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SRT. Within a week of havin my truck, the rear tire fell off as i was driving on back highway causing me to crash in a ditch, nearly get hit by a semi and do major damage to this truck. After having the truck towed to the dealership, I was told by the service manager and Sales manager that they would take care of everything and have it fixed. I told them how i was afraid to drive that vehicle and wanted it changed out and they said they would work on that. After about a week i got a call that they fixed the truck and took care of all new parts to the rear, and said they were still working on a swap of the vehicle. My truck was then taken in two addtl times after this for issues and noises and they told me that everything was fixed. Well 8 months later my truck was acting up and still not right and when I was driving on the highway, my rear end started swinging all over. I decided to to take truck to an actual repair shop and to my surprise, the owner and two different techs came out and had a quote of nearly $3000 in repairs that need to be done to the exact spot and area that Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SRT swore they fixed. They showed me the truck on the lift before taking anything off and you could see the damage still there, the leaking, the broken arm and bent pieces that were said to be repaired. After they had my truck a week it was determined by the head tech that used parts were put in the place of where the damage was done, and there was no service done to the crack and damage on the rear differential that caused even more damage to the rear end. I am now trying to get something done with this dealership and having my insurance contact them and go after them, but I believe at this point we will need to get an attorney. I can only be greatful that i wasnt' hit by semi and that my family was not in the vehicle. We gave Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram SRT nearly $70000 in business not including what they made on our trade and i have had the worst experience ever. Unfortunately one individual sours the milk for a whole department. I have worked with both Risa and Wayde both of which I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. They are honest as the day is long and are very pleasant to work with. During my last service, my adviser was Bob Diaz. I called him the day before to make an appointment and had my dad drop my truck off for the requested service. I had asked for my oil to be changed, fuel filters to be changed and tires to be rotated. The work was all done as requested and as usual, their technicians did a great job. Then my account was charged over $425. I called Tacoma Dodge and Larson dodge and was quoted $269 plus tax and $280 plus tax for the exact same services. I called Bob Diaz and he basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that there was nothing he was willing to do other than maybe give me a discount on my next service. I will never return to the service department at Enumclaw CJD. I had actually talked to a couple of friends that have stopped taking their vehicles there and they both said it is because of Bob Diaz. Again, Wayde and Risa will make sure you are taken care of and their tech's do a great job. If you make an appointment and get stuck with Bob Diaz, I would ask for another adviser or take your vehicle elsewhere. read more

I have been to this dealership to get my oil changed and thought the customer service was pretty good! Today, however, it was exceptional... I bought my Renegade while living in Arizona, you are not required to have a front license plate there, since moving to Washington I am now required to have a front plate. I had the mount however no directions so was uncertain where and how to mount it. I brought my Jeep Renegade here and they placed my front and back license plates at no charge and were happy to do it! read more

Since day 1 we have had great service, friendly staff, knowledgeable sales representative (Dustin) and profesional service advisor, and of course: service!. First off they will pressure you to buy a warranty that doesn't cover anything. Have had my truck in the shop a couple times just to find out warranty didn't cover it. The first time it was rather small and the price wasn't bad. The second was a head gasket that they want to charge over 4 grand for. After I was told that it wasn't covered with my warranty and I was told the price I said nevermind I will fix this myself. So I asked for my engine number and parts number. I called Cummins with the part number they gave me and it was for a decal not a head gasket... Long story short they rip you off with warranties that don't cover anything. I could buy a new head, head gasket, new bolts, and a new radiator and do it myself for about 1/4 of what they are asking and that's only for the headgasket and getting my head milled. Very unhappy and will not be going back again!!! read more

I've spent nearly 70 grand on Dodge in the last 7 years... Huge fan love the vehicles. I went to this dealership to trade in my magnum and purchase a new Durango. They did the normal slimy pass you off from guy to guy and undersell your trade in, but that is to be expected. They drafted up paperwork to show me what it would be for financing if I put 1200 down. The total price was 29,000 and some change out the door. I decided to bypass financing and paid cash. They asked me to initial the 1200 down, to show that I was NOT taking the financing option and would be paying cash. After the check cleared their finance guy called and said I still owe the 1200. I reminded him that he had told me I did not owe the 1200 and that it was 29,000 out the door. He said that he remembered but that I had signed it and owed the 1200. His manager said he would take 600 and said he had escalated it to his general manager and the general manager refused to budge. I asked why there would be a down payment when I was paying full in cash, but they just told me well you signed it. I would have dropped 30 to 40 grand every 4 to 5 years at this dealership and they chose a $600 money grab over customer loyalty and profit in the future.... 600 dollar lesson, but they will never see another penny of my money. Im still getting notices to come in to get the Magnum serviced, and this is a couple of years later, so their documentation and organization seem to match their bookkeeping and integrity. Hard line on price. Bought after they broke on price (Called me back in a week). REALLY not happy about financing however. I had a slight delay in my down payment, I called them a week in advance to let them know its gonna be a few days more on my down payment. But these business minded people turn in post-dated checks to a little service called: "Cross Check" and cross check doesn't speak to customers at-all and the dealer knows it. "Cross Check never even spoke to me,they just sent me to collections over a 5 day delay in my down payment. I did not know I was going into business with a collection agency. I HAD a good credit score because I care. You and yours should be more reasonable. Don't shaft the little guy, please. I sacrificed for this deal from my retirement savings. Honestly. The financing man I dealt with made it a bit too uncomfortable to turn down the extended warranty. Ye big bully. Give me a break. However in all fairness I bought a powerful, well maintained truck. The price for my trade in was fair to me. The interest rate on the new loan was excellent. I just don't appreciate getting thrown to the wolves for trick $#^! read more

Five years ago I bought a used Dodge Avenger from this dealership. I absolutely love it. I have always gone to this dealership. Bob Diaz and his crew are amazing. They take care of their customers! Every time I have my car serviced it comes back washed and vacuumed. I took it in for a recall recently and got it back clean as a whistle. I have bought a new Jeep Renegade here last week. the internet sales manager Jake is awesome! Since I am a new driver and this is my first time buying a car for myself, Jake is super helpful and patient. He helped me with eveything, including helping me to choose a right insurance company(he literally made 4 or 5 calls to different insurance companies to get the quote and made comparison), finding me a free rental car to drive, and so on. And I am embarrassed because I had a car accident with the rental car Jake gave me, and it was pretty bad. However, when I asked Jake for help, he is so patient even I was mad at myself. Even though I have to drive about 1 hour from seattle to here, I am still glad I made the choice to buy the car from him. This experience has been awesome for me, and I would definitely recommande this place to my other friends! read more

I would not bring my vehicle to Enumclaw Dodge Chrysler ever again! After picking up my Dodge Dart Unlimited and finding a huge scratch down the back rear panel. Bob the service man said he would take care of it. 1. He never called to follow up with me 2. I called a week later and Bob said it was noted prior that the car had a scratch already so he questioned me and my integrity. (NOT TRUE) 3. After the 3rd week I called again and said the detail man that analyzed the vehicle said he is mobile and would come to my house to fix it since I will NEVER leave my car alone at Enumclaw Dealership again! 4. Bob said the only thing he would do for me is split the cost with me in order for him to fix my car that was damaged on his lot! Bob you lost a life time customer over $200. Unacceptable Business and terrible Customer Service! Bob and the detail person already said it would cost the dealership $200 so you know that Bob would have put a $400 charge on the scratch to be sure he got more money out of me. I have had two wranglers and a dodge pick up. Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep has worked on them all. Their customer service has always been excellent. They have always diagnosed problems accurately and fixed these issues quickly. Their prices have been competitive and they even replaced one faulty component for free. We set a date and time to meet with a salesman to purchase a 2010 Certified Used Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. Internet Mike assured us that it would be there waiting to test drive when we arrived since he would be there much earlier to ensure it was ready. We arrived, no Jeep! On three different occasions and 20-30 minutes of waiting (by internet Mike, Mike Riebe and another salesman who appeared lost while milling about), we were told the car was in service to ensure the Certified Used quality, out back getting pictures taken so they can put it on the internet (by the way, it was already on the internet; this is how we found the vehicle) and then finally at CarToys getting the stereo replaced. On two of these occasions, they tried to put us in a "similar" vehicle that had 10,000 more miles (too many miles for its year) than the one we planned to purchase. They disappeared again seemingly lost at what to do next, so we left. We sent a text to internet Mike to express our dissatisfaction. He made numerous excuses how "he can't do it all" and felt "attacked." Never a disparaging word was used. The Enumclaw CJD's first "standard" is "treat the customer how you want to be treated." Is this how they want to be treated? We agree internet Mike can't do it all, but between 8:30am and our 10:00am arrival, he had no clue the Jeep was not available since the day prior? With today's economy, we thought they would be happy to sell us the vehicle we wanted, ensure it was ready for the test drive OR call to tell us the vehicle was not ready so we would not waste our time and gas driving an hour to the dealership and set up a new time to look at the vehicle. Now, they want to drive the vehicle to our home to make a sale. WHAT? Is this a common dealership practice? NO THANKS! read more

Enumclaw CJD May be great for Some - Me, not so much... The jeep I bought was fine the sales experience, just okay. It began the last 2 days of June & I was told today, the deal most likely won't be complete until the first part of September (maybe). The purchase of the jeep was typical old school 3 salesmen vs my wife and I - end of the month we have to sell situation. It was when I requested some aftermarket parts (nothing exotic simple lift, wheels & tires) be added to the jeep, is where it all went south for me. The sales team's eyes all lit up & I was met with an onslaught of "we want to make you happy" & "we do this all the time" & "we're experts at this" - the sales manager said, "oh boy I get to build a jeep". When we settled on a reasonable price the sales manager said we can get this all done in 1 week maybe 2 at the most. I bought the jeep the next day & aftermarket parts were ordered (supposedly). I had the 1st salesman make the arrangement to have my parts installed 3 weeks from my purchase, & that's when I found, there was a 100% disconnect between the sales, part's & service depts. 1 week before the installation they said they couldn't get the tires, I decided on others so they could be there on time. The day before the install - We can't get the wheels but we can use some other color ones until yours come in, just don't scratch them up (on a jeep, really?). I was also told "Oh by the way you have no appointment with the service dept." The install was set for several days later and picked it up with the incorrect wheels - hoping I don't scratch them. Certainly the sales team is glad they made the sale, thinking they took care of the customer - they have not! This was my 2nd purchase through this dealership - Obviously, 1 too many... read more
