Usually the visit is less than 15 mins. Seems like they have a high turn over with employees as I never see the same people. I've come for allergies, nasal, and CPAP. They also have an place inside for the sleep study. When I did my sleep study there it was very noisy with a busy street. Seems like most are here for allergy shots or hearing test. They also have a Chandler office. Both seem very busy.

I came in with a severe ear infection and met with Dr. Chapel for all of 5 minutes since he took a personal call while in the room and his phone kept going off. Then he told me he would send over an oral antibiotic and a ear drop antibiotic and I should feel better in 24 hours. His words exactly. I waited 4 hours to get the meds and trying to call into their office is a complete joke, their call center is completely rude and hung up on me multiple times and refused to help transfer me to the office just so I could ask when they were going to send my medication only for me to drive back to the office to finally get an answer. This continued for 3 days! I called the next day crying in absolute pain and finally got pain meds only for them to not work at all and today calling their on call doctor at 5am and not hearing back anything until I personally had to call to speak with his MA and was in such absolute pain that they were finally going to get in contact with the doctor. At this point I was so fed up I went to the ER and was immediately treated and cared for way better than this office even attempted. Their clinic manager, Sandy doesn't give two shits either and was almost blaming me for why my pain was so bad and making it out to be that I didn't follow my medications as directed. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! All I wanted was help and to get the adequate care I deserved and this place was a nightmare! Avoid it at all costs!!!!!!
