Been here a few times and each time it has been very busy. The waiting room is pretty small and chairs are not comfortable. Once in the back rooms, you can hear others conversations in hallway or other rooms. Once the Doctor comes in they go over items and medical assistant takes notes. Usually the visit is less than 15 mins. Seems like they have a high turn over with employees as I never see the same people. I've come for allergies, nasal, and CPAP. They also have an place inside for the sleep study. When I did my sleep study there it was very noisy with a busy street. Seems like most are here for allergy shots or hearing test. They also have a Chandler office. Both seem very busy. read more

FRAUD ALERT I was Referred by my primary Dr yo try ENTICARE here IN CG , For a deviated septum & allergies , I paid 200.$ when I got to my appt , The Dr walked in a few minutes later, looked in my nostrils and told me that I had a deviated septum, which I already knew . He said he's going to refer me to a specialist Not sure what they actually do there , They are Not specialists and I think their ratings speak volumes. Don't waste your money and go there. Boy, you guys weren't wrong! Walked in for my appointment only to be told the provider had called in today. While I completely understand people being out or sick, a phone call would have been nice before I drove 25-30 miles to get here. And it's not like I had the first appointment of the day, it was at 2pm! Then, apparently I was holding up the line by waiting for the ONLY girl at the front counter to come back and tell me my options because a young man came to the window and asked me to step aside. Then they said if I could wait an hour, they could work me in, but I planned my day based on this appointment and that did not work. The girl claimed that they tried to call me twice but another patient heard a different girl admit that she forgot to call me. I would NOT recommend this location no matter what!! I have multiple kids and have gone to many appointments in my time of being a mother, and for the first time ever we actually felt like we were in danger. The nurse practitioner, Heather came off as extremely aggressive as soon as she got in the door from the whole three minutes she was in the room. She wanted to argue with me, Belittle me, Very rushed and Had absolutely no patience. Her demeanor was extremely aggressive and talked down to us and as the mother, I was trying to answer questions and she would not pay me any attention she wanted to hear from my teenager who did not remember dates, so I said if you don't mind and I gave her answers and she got very mad and aggressive at me. I did not feel safe here at all. We talked to what was supposed to be the office manager, I guess, but she was no older than 20 so I don't think that she was the office manager. I told her my concerns and she completely dismissed me and ignored everything that I said. We will never be back and I will never recommend this place to anybody. We left so shaken up and scared. There specialty is overcharging customers. My first visit there over charged my by $131.00. When I went for the allergy test they wouldn't see me because the billing department didn't notify them. When I returned once again overcharged by $35.00. So I am consentingly on the phone asking for refunds. Warning to all patients check your EOB from your insurance company. My 2nd try with them and to say my last!!! I asked to have my ears clean with no water, well they did and it hurt like all get out, then She didn't even touch my neck for it being swollen, sent me for an Ultra sound for it, and never called me back however I got my results for the imaging center I went to, and I didn't even need to go back in, all about the money!!!! 3 stars because who ever is scheduling the appointments isn't doing a good job. It's been more than once they have rescheduled my appointment without informing me. Please managers talk to your staff. This is not acceptable. If an appointment has been changed at least notify the patients. I've been in the medical field for over 20 years and customer service these days is horrible people need to stop looking at their phones and pay attention to what they're doing and take their jobs more seriously. I wish I could give then a no-star review. My husband's initial appointment was for July 3. They had to cancel as the doctor would not be in the office. The call was made on a private cell phone number. (You cannot call this office directly and have to go through their central booking office.) Then he was charged for a miss appointment. We had to make an appointment to make an appointment for a review for a sleep study. (Milking it to get a sleep study scheduled.) My husband finally had his sleep study on August 29, 2023. Two weeks later was the review. It is now November 13 and he still does not have his CPAP supplies. Twice they have sent the wrong information to the CPAP supplier. All he needs is the supplies as his machine is only a year old. But the supplier again needs a new work order as it included a new machine. I'm trying to locate a good ENT in the Casa Grande area. I highly recommend NOT going to Enticare. read more

I went to Enticare today and saw Nicole Reed. 1. She didn't know I was a new patient. 2. She spent less than 15 minutes with me 3. She never asked about my history or cared to look at the paperwork 4. All she did was look in my ears 5. I am an NP what lousy service this NP gave. After getting shots for several months I found out serum was only saline. Took a very long time to get it remade then once I finally started getting good results but started having itching and swelling (what I was told by others receiving injections as normal reactions). I informed the staff providing the shots as requested and they then stopped all injections for 6 weeks while they had the serum remade and basically started me all over with the original serum that I had started with 6 months prior. Complete waste of time and money! Some of the staff are super nice but also a very rude one that doesn't seem to care for patients well being or time. This is at the Casa Grande Office ONLY. I had a great experience with the Chandler office and the staff that had been there a while. read more

Well, I've been stood up on dates before but never at a doctor's appointment. After canceling on me last minute a week ago, I show up for my sleep study appointment this week and guess what? The building is completely empty, lights out and no one is around. I waited for over an hour and tried every phone number to no avail. This, after receiving plenty of annoying text messages reminding me of my appointment along with the disclaimer that if I cancel or no-show I will incur a fee. What about you Enticare? Are you going to pay me an inconvenience fee for wasting my time? I had to jump through several hoops to rearrange my schedule to accommodate your last minute cancelation only to be left out sitting in an empty parking lot. To add insult to injury, I get more annoying texts this morning asking how my visit went and would I recommend Enticare to others. I don't think so! Words alone can't describe how angry I am at your complete lack of care. read more

I have some pretty serious health problems and over the last 7 years all my experiences with Dr. Mostafavi and the Enticare team has been wonderful. This year I decided to have a sleep study done at Enticare and it was like going to a hotel. When I got my Cpap from the cpap provider that works with Dr. Mostafavi I had some problems. Dr. Mostafavi made sure I ended up with the right equipment and that it worked for me and that in the end I was happy with what I got. He and his staff made sure I had a wonderful experience - they did this by going the extra mile, by doing a little more than what they had to do. Because they care. They don't just do what they have to, they follow through, making sure that in the end the patient is well served and happy. This is a rare trait to find today and one I really appreciate. All through the years I have been going to Enticare for my hearing aids or medical care for my ears/nose/throat I have found Enticare to be a wonderful facility to go to with excellent well trained staff. And now that I have dealt with getting a sleep study and cpap, I am happy to say that my needs were more than met - I was taken care of in such a way as to know that my happiness and wellbeing mattered to Dr. Mostafavi. I trust Dr. Mostafavi. and Enticare, if I ever have a question or problem with equipment Dr. Mostafavi, or his staff will make sure to work with me to get the issue addressed, they never turn their back on me. Enticare is a first-rate medical practice with well trained staff that you can feel comfortable dealing with because they take care of their patients and care about their happiness. Horrible Customer Service at this office. I made an appointment for vertigo and got in with a PA really quickly, I was really impressed in the beginning. Once I got there she spent 10 minutes with me said they were going to request two different tests. I was never contacted again to set up the tests. I called to follow up twice more to schedule and have never had a call back. I don't know how they can be in business when they can't even call back or help their patients. I'm going to contact my insurance and let them know not to refer people to this location. They should not be a preferred medical provider. read more

I have used Enticare for almosgt 10 years now. As far as hearing aids they carry the same ones you can get at Costco but the difference is the TECHNICIANS. Enticare has some of the best trained Techs. Sure you can get the same piece of equipment anywhere for about the same price, but you can't get the tech who can tweek that baby and make it work like a Maserati. The tech met with me as many times as I wanted to get my hearing aid just like I wanted it. She did not complain, she let me come back and she kept working with me and we get these babies working so well now, I can hear better with these hearing aids than I heard when I was 30! So my point is, it's not how cheap you can get the hearing aid for. It's who is going to tweak it for you. Who is going to stand behind the product for you. Who is going to be there year after year for your? HMMM? I would go with Enticare for my hearing aids. Oh yeah. That's right I do. I've been getting my hearing aids from them for almost a decade! And I'm thrilled! read more

I recently moved to AZ City and my ENT is in Gilbert -over an hour drive. I made an appointment in theCasa Grande office with what I thought was a Dr. to establish new patient relationship and for an exam and to go over my history which includes Nasal Pharyngeal carcinoma since this office is 10 minutes from my house. I got the confirmation text for my appointment and it said I was seeing a PA. I was NEVER told this when making the appointment. Normally for just an issue with ears or sinuses and the Dr wasn't available this would be fine, but to establish the new patient relationship and initial exam I would expect to see a Dr and would expect the Dr would want the same. I called the office to reschedule and was told there is NEVER an actual Dr in the Casa Grande office and that I would have to go to Chandler--Well in that case I would just go to my Dr in Gilbert. I think not having a Dr in this location is and if there is a major problem they refer you to Chandler is ridiculous . I was happy to find and ENT so close--but really this is just a misrepresentation. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this office to anyone. The only reason it got one star is because I had to do at least that to post this- I would really give it a -0! read more

Had to reschedule 3 times just for a simple results reading since they said both doctors that they rescheduled me to were not there all three times. I still haven't had a thorough reading after driving from Maricopa to their casa grande location AND their Chandler location. I wasted a lot of gas driving to both locations just for them to tell me that I need to reschedule. I am seeing my PCP for a different ENT referral now. Unbelievable. read more
