We had an another rental car agency cancel on us last minute in Disney World. I called a few enterprises and other rental companies but unfortunately because of a traffic issue at the airport there were no local rentals available. I called this enterprise and they were so helpful. They were able to get me into a car right away so I just Ubered over there to pick it up. As I arrived, the gentleman met me at the Uber and took out our heavy suitcases and then after I rented the car, he put our suitcases into the rental. Reservations mean absolutely nothing here. If I could give zero stars, I would. After reading the reviews, I tried to avoid problems by making my reservation before I even left home. I also called to extend it by one day. The representative told me he would call the location directly to confirm they had a car available. He put me on hold, came back, and assured me a car would be waiting for me. When I arrived--no car. The person on the phone later claimed he had tried to call me to say they didn't have any vehicles, which simply wasn't true. At the office, another employee told me I should have called the location directly. However, when you dial the number listed for that address, it routes you to a central call center--not the actual office. I then called customer service again to try a different location. My reservation was changed, and I was told to call the same main number, press 4, then 2, to reach the actual branch. I did--still no cars available. Clearly, a reservation here doesn't guarantee anything. It feels like getting a vehicle is purely a matter of luck. read more

Plus they told us that just because you have a reserved a vehicle does not mean that there will be a vehicle. Seriously the most unprofessional place we have seen in awhile. When I have a choice, and I usually do, I've used these fine folks for decades. Literally decades! My car was in an accident and needed to be dropped off at the repair shop, so this location provided me with a rental. My insurance adjuster set everything up. Arriving- I dropped my damaged car at the collision shop and Enterprise picked me up exactly at the agreed time by a friendly driver. Off we went to the Cypress Garden Blvd. location to do the paperwork and pick up my rental. Easy peasy! Ambience- You've seen one, you've seen them all. Nothing special but nice & clean. A place to sit and wait your turn. Customer Service- It was very busy. It was Spring Break and apparently that's a big deal for car rentals. Go figure. Even with the Spring Break craziness I was in and out in about 30 minutes. My guy was excellent. I had rental reimbursement on my insurance, and he hooked me up with a 2025 vehicle with all the bells and whistles. It was spotless and the gas tank was full. For two weeks the car performed flawlessly. I returned to the collision shop to pick up my repaired car. I didn't need to return the rental. Enterprise took care of that. I just jumped into my repaired car and headed home. That was nice. The next day I received a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory so once again customer service was spot on. My experience was horrible! I used a Lyft driver to bring me all the way to their location as they were the only place showing an AWD was available. I had booked in advance. I spoke with an individual at their location that confirmed it was available and answered all the necessary questions. Only to arrive for my pickup and be told it wasn't available and they didn't have any AWD available. They said the manager called me and left a voicemail and I have zero voicemails or contact attempts. Zero missed calls! Very unprofessional! Mind you, I am a Preferred Plus member! Sury and Culer were amazing customer service reps getting me into my rental car while my car is in the repair shop. I cannot say enough good things about these two young women and their professionalism and leadership as a senior citizen. I was not aware of all the high-tech in a new car, and Kyla gladly showed me everything about the car I was rented. Sury spoke to me the day before and got everything set up and reserved for me and was very kind and helpful. When I showed up at the office the next day both of the girls walked me through the steps and helped me get on the road. Book a premium SUV off their app on Friday afternoon. Went there to this morning to pick up the vehicle and was told by the manager oh you have to have a 48 hour notice to rent a vehicle this size because they have none on the lot. Then, if that is the case, they need to put that on their website or their app telling people that so with that and said, went across the street to budget and Avis, and they had a vehicle that we could get from them and it was cheaper than what we was getting from enterprise, so guess who will have my business from now on. So when I took the car back the same manager I had talked to wasnt there. There was one names David who just kwpt saying dirt happens, stains happen. I said you are supposed to clean them before renting them though correct. He said from bulk trash, I said well we had to tell them take the bulk trash out. I also called and made a complaint to cuatomer service who said it would be turned into district manager and thank you for posting pictures. I picked up a rental at this location not even 24 hours ago and have already had to contact corporate. Yesterday, when I went to pick up my rental there was only one other person waiting 4 employees walked right past me and just went to go sit in a Nissan Armada. While I had to wait quite some time to be helped while those employees were just on their phones in the vehicle with no masks or gloves. I finally got my car and was in such a rush I didn't focus on to much. I did not even make it down the road without a "Engine Service needed now" message that keeps popping up. Then I noticed the leftover food on the dash, dead bugs on the dashboard and so much dust my finger was black. The "entire crew" at this location came to the rescue. We had rented a "cheapy" Premium SUV on Expedia. Showed up at SIXT in Kissimmee, to be alerted that "Unlimited" mileage was only for regional rental. We were going for funeral in Ohio, and the region was SE US. Passing Georgia border would activate $0.50/mile retroactive to pickup of vehicle. Obviously cancelled that, called Jake at Enterprise, between he and the others they found a last minute solution. YES, it was a bit more expensive, but they did accommodate our needs at the last minute. Thus doing there best to help in our time of need. Thanks to Jake & Camille, and all the rest at Enterprise. This place has the worst service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. I went there yesterday to rent a car. There were two line one with folks with for their car to be brought to them another for folks waiting to rent a car. I thought to myself why is there a line for people to wait for that car aren't the cars supposed to be here ready for customers specially after the book them? Anyways I got in line and I kid you not I after I paid and all I waited for my car for AN HOUR. As an entrepreneur I do not have that type of luxurious time. I was extremely mad and disappointed. Not only they didn't have the car that I rented they also made me wait an hour so they could wash the car. These folks are not professional, they are on their phone 24/7. I have watched the manager and the young lady who works there take breaks in between while people are waiting in line outside (to check their phones and text) just UNBELIEVABLE. Don't use enterprise on cypress gardens use elsewhere. They made me pay extra because the car I rented wasn't available meanwhile it was available on their website. I rented a car for a price that I locked in and ended up paying for something I didn't reserve. Just a bunch of unprofessionals. Just a bunch of unprofessional who needs serious training! The worst place to rent a Vehicle from. I reserved a SUV. I even went to the enterprise to check out how much space the suv I was renting was going to have. When the day finally came they had no cars at all. They didn't call to let me know. They made me drive 45 minutes to tell me they had no cars and theirs was absolutely nothing the lady manager could do she was rude not customer friendly at all. I told her I reserved weeks ago she said their was a lady that reserved 1 year ago and they couldn't find her a car. I was like are you kidding me. I left devastated. My whole vacation was ruin. The lady manager called me 4 hours later telling me they had a car I ask her an SUV she said no but if I wanted it to come because she had other customers wanting cars. I get their it's a small compact car and to make it worst the car was dirty like they just brought it back and gave it to me and I had no choice but to take it. The windshield was disgustingly dirty stains all over the seats. Woman's hair on the rug. I took it to the cleaners and spend $50 never ever ever going back. Horrible ... horrible ... horrible! Do not rent a car from this location or from any Enterprise locations! I don't believe that they even deserve 1 star based on the service that I received. I had to use Enterprise for a vehicle rental because this is the company that my insurance uses. I was put in a car that had such a heavy marijuana smell, that it never disappeared prior to me returning the car. I called to complain and the location manager was finally willing to call a closer location to put me in another vehicle. I never heard back from her! The windshield also had a small crack in it and I was told not to worry about it. Well, the crack obviously grew and by the time I returned the car the crack was halfway across the windshield. I tried calling Enterprise Customer Service several times to file a complaint, but nobody has ever returned the call! The location manager was rude and she did not fulfill her promises. I was suppose to receive some of my charges back, but as of today, that money still has not been returned. The car rates were great; however the upsell insurance information that was given was horrible! The employees were not very informed as to what was available from other companies as I bought my insurance from an outside provider (Orbitz). The desk workers initially said they had not heard of that option, then later went on to tell me how they think the services provided were not as good as the ones available at Enterprise. All that told me was that they were fishing for ways to get more money out of me. That did not make me want to return to Enterprise to rent cars again. Either the employees should be more informed or they should reserve judgment on other options the customers may have as the insurance I was provided by Orbitz was in fact more cost-effective for my situation. read more
