After calling in, and speaking with Jacinto, I felt a lot better about the great prices. Apparently they have deals with the same people time share companies use to purchase their tickets, and buy them in bulk for discounts. Jacinto also referred me to a couple previous customers. I called one of the previous customers, and they said they had a great time and the process was very simple. SOLD. I ordered my tickets online, got them sent to my address in Pittsburgh, and had a great time in Orlando with my girl-friend. After 5 phone calls to book my hotel reservations to Rome and Venice 9/1 - 9/6, I still don't have a confirmation. I initiated all 5 phone calls. Prestige has done nothing to book my reservation but talk. Please cancel my reservation request and refund my money. I have also filed a claim with my credit card company. On May 21, Maurice Timothy Ramierz got on the phone after the agent asked Maurice, "What should I tell her?" Maurice told me that he and the agent in Europe were taking this as their personal case and that I would have a reservation and a confirmation would be sent. He said Friday or Monday at the latest. I requested that he send the information on Thursday, May 22nd since Prestige hasn't honored any of its claims. It is Tuesday and I don't have a reservation. As a matter of fact, Kristina put me on hold for over 13 minutes with no help or resolution.

I was put off several times in mid December and eventually was told they and Azuls no longer had a contract. I decided to settle for the Grand Pelican in Fort Lauderdale. Another property listed on the PDF Hot Spots that I was directed to by their inadequate staff . This time I was told my order was filled and I would be getting confirmation by end of day. Confirmation never came. When it finally did, it was for an entirely different property than I had requested. Would love my money back and to see these guys behind bars for ripping people off. I'm not giving up on refund and/or litigation.
