After someone ran into the back of our car their insurance company paid for us to get a rental car while our car was being repaired. We dropped our car off at the collision shop and there was a shuttle service that goes between the collision shop and Enterprise. The shuttle drove us to the Enterprise right down the road to get the rental car. It was extremely convenient. This particular Enterprise is a very busy location. It's actually located in a very busy strip mall as well! We had about an hour wait to get our rental car after we checked in. The car was fine and we had no complaints. Although I've used this location of enterprise for five years, this is the last rental here! Biggest issue was, I rented it for a week and drive two states away and they never sent my contract. Not sure what I was supposed to show law enforcement if I were stopped. I even asked for it later and received nothing. Tyriek Holliday couldn't care less! I was the first one there before they opened. I was told to remain outside but of course a favorite customer was allowed in. I asked if I could come in too and was allowed but was told not to steal anything. Tyriek was late so I had to wait. I could go on and on but I think everyone knows where it went from here. Wrong car, no fuel option, and his overall attitude! He's an assistant manager? Really!! It's too bad but they need an overhaul of their customer service. 09/17 got a response from enterprise customer service to contact them via chat. Total liars. Do not rent from these people. I was supposed to have an SUV, and they gave me a van. Said they would switch it out within a day. I called yesterday and was told they would have one today and would call me. Now, on day 3, said they would call, and no problem. No one called, I called them and, of course, they don't have anything. He said they called and left a message the day I picked up the van - no call and no voice-mail. Made a last minute reservation and was accommodated fairly , though there was only one person working at the front. Shafayat was extremely professional meanwhile handling a line of about 7 customers, and we all seemed to have come in within just a few minutes of each other. I say he was professional because of his ability to remain calm and happy to provide great service even though there was a customer saying rude comments about being the only staff member there. I've rented with enterprise several times and I've never experienced issues like I did this time. I've never been more disappointed. Being that I can't reply to comment that was left. You should start by speaking to Chaston Carter, the Branch Manager at this location, as he feels it's perfectly appropriate to treat customers with disrespect and from reading these reviews I guess I'm not the only one who thinks that. Being there not only did he go in the back and bad mouth to another coworker "manager" but then proceeded to come back and say... "do you want to try again." What type of customer service is that? Most importantly if you called me to set up a rental with my insurance company and I show up to pick up the rental and you want to act like a jerk. Yes the energy will be reciprocated and no I refuse to do business with your location. Had I not followed up and done your agents job I'd still be left without a car. I was told by your service agents someone from the South Beach Miami location will call me when its ready. THEY NEVER CALLED ME. I CALLED THEM BEFORE THE DAY CLOSED. AND THAT WAS THE SECOND TIME GOING BACK. I don't appreciate the lies and miscommunication. I don't appreciate that I had to play guess and check if my car was available. I wasted my time trying to get a car and my time is money especially on vacation. Got a rental through my insurance when I filed a claim for my 19 year old daughter. They overcharged me, although everything was covered by insurance ($50/day rental coverage) other than the deposit. When I called and spoke with an AA female after the rental was returned, she put me on hold and came back and told me I'd be getting way over $100 back on my cc because I'd downgraded cars after they only had a BMW available and I switched to a black Challenger after having the BMW for one day after which, they called and said the BMW was over 60,000 miles and would have to be sold at the Enterprise car lot. I had to pay out of pocket "at a discounted insurance rate" for a week because my daughter's car was totaled and we needed the rental longer than the days our insurance paid for so we could all get to work and purchase another vehicle. The refund never showed up on my card and they told me that in Feb 2023. They also didn't "pick you up" like they used to. read more

We have rented several cars at this location and every experience has been 5 stars all the way. Sometimes they get really busy and you have to wait but they take care of each customer! We rent from this location 6 or 7 times a year. The staff is very friendly, they always call to confirm if the reservation is for something like a van or pickup truck, and always follow up. If there are ever any issues they are quick to resolve them. It is nice having them so close by. They have the best prices around and have everything from economy to luxury, pick-ups to vans. Wow, 3x since my dad who is a senior had to rent a car he was delayed beyond time. He needed a car to get to Moffit and they picked him up but had him sitting in the office for over an hour and didn't wash the car or put gas in it and had him late to his chemo treatment. Horrible when he has it schedule the day prior to pick him up at 11am and they show up after 1pm, and his appt is at 2pm in tampa. Then I called and got Stephanie and she lies and tells me he left their office at 12:30, and he tells otherwise. I rent from Enterprise several times a year, Las Vegas and this location in Sun City Center, FL. They are the best, always very helpful and call to see if I need anything during my rental time. The cars are clean and ready to go. I had a tire leaking air once do to a nail picked up after hurricane Irma went through the Keys and the sent me quickly to a place near by for a repair. I travel for a living and this is the closes rental place from my house. We I needed a car for local travel it was easier to go there but mostly had some issue with almost ever reservation or car of sort. They open at 7:30 AM one time I stood outside for maybe 10 minutes because they did not open the door until exactly 7:30 AM even though I know they saw me standing right there. Now this doesn't mean that I needed to be helped but you could've open the door let me in and told me to sit down until they're ready. I can only tell you one time that I got there and the car was actually ready at the time that I reserved it usually you have to wait for them to figure out what car they're going to give you, it always had to been washed and never really properly dried which When you need to pick a car up for business I need to be somewhere at a certain time you shouldn't have to wait up to 30 to 45 minutes which I have just to get a car that you reserved and should be there ready for you that's the whole point of reserving it. I have also had it where the car smelled like smoke I've told the person that the car smells like smoke my answer was well we put a Chlorine ball in there. Then they sprayed some more stuff in there still smelled and then finally gave me another car which then also had to be washed and brought around wet. Also this wasn't the first time I've got into a car that smells like smoke from there has been at least twice. The Last straw was I rented A car through there through my work. Which I returned it on a Sunday night I only needed it till Saturday but because I would've got there just a little late and they never stay open late I had to rent a whole Nother day because they're closed on Sunday. I drop the car off in the parking lot Monday morning apparently they checked it all in and apparently there was damage too I believe the windshield. Now I was never called or sent an email or send any paperwork stating if there was damage all I got was months later a bill for hundreds of dollars that I owed enterprise for damage and the only detail was it was fixed at a glass place. Which I had no idea what they're talking about again no contacted until the bill came also they should of contacted my work company not me as that is who it was rental though and they hold special insurance for there employees . After I got the second bill with the same information I said forget it I'll pay the bill although it should've gone through my work. I said forget it I'll pay it and I'll never go back there again then coincidently the same day I get a call from enterprise asking where their money was then they explain that it was a windshield damage which was the first time that anybody told me it was windshield damage and according to the paperwork a person talked to me personally and I said that a rock hit the windshield on the interstate and that caused the damage. Other than the two bills and this one first phone call months later this was the first time I heard anything about that rental car I did not get a phone call nobody told me that there was damage I never said a rock hit the windshield I did not talk to anybody but that's the paperwork they turned in. That exact branch seems to be shady not run well not very organized and this is coming from a person that rents a lot of cars all over the country and including from that branch for the last few years so in my experience I can tell you how it works. They lie because I never got a phone call telling me anything , they send a bill with no detail information I didn't even know what I paid for other than the car went to a glass place there was no detail of what they fixed. For me I will do my best in life never to go back to that place again and if I'm ever asked my opinion , my opinion would be nobody should go back to that place based solely on the experiences that I've had with that branch. read more

I have used this location on a number of occasions for car rentals. They are generally very friendly and helpful. Rental prices are reasonable. Added insurance to protect their vehicle in case of accident is a little pricey. I guess it is at other rental companies as well. Parker has assisted me on a few occasions and is very easy to speak with. Other than the cost of added insurance I have had no negatives with them. I usually set up a rental over the phone first and get a pick up time. The amount of time I have to spend in their office is minimal and the times I have had to wait to sign paperwork is generally a non-issue. read more

My husband and I were driving to Atlanta and reserved and paid for a mid-sized vehicle. When we arrived to pick up our rental, which was the very last vehicle they had left on the lot, we were given a Nissan Versa, which is a compact car and probably the most uncomfortable vehicle I've ever been in. Although surprisingly the windows weren't of the crank to roll down variety, there was no GPS, the passenger seat had no arm rest, the power port to charge our phones didn't work and we almost got hit because the car had no power at all, it was step on the gas and wait for it to go...absolutely horrible. This happened to us one other time too, only car left and less than what we reserved. They know they have you when you show up because you have to go so you're stuck with what they have. Had both trips not been business trips on the front end, we would have told them to put their compact car up their closest compact crevice. read more

I had a reservation made. There were no problems. I had Wesley help me. Very kind chap, and helpful too. I asked some questions about the extra insurance and he answered them very clearly. He even gave me a discount compared to what was said on the website. That was really awesome and kind of him. The atmosphere just seemed chill. I had a Toyota Camry. Very smooth ride. I liked all the bells and whistles it came with. Great with gas, a lotta options to tinker with to make your ride more enjoyable.10/10. Would definitely rent there again! The car was disgusting I reserved the vehicle more than a month in advance and wasn't given the correct price for the car until we signed it out. We were told we could not have a flex fuel vehicle turned out we got one and we're given no information on what we could use for gas so on a 17 hour drive we had to call and ask. Very sad how dirty and torn the vehicle looked especially for having to pay more than 700 just for the rental. Never again. read more
