Although I did not pick up my rental as of yet, I am writing this review based off of my initial inquiry on renting a vehicle from this company. Kerianne was very informative and she was able to answer all of my questions. Kerianne also advised me that they offer airport pickup (which is a good option for those traveling out of town,like myself) Not only was my transaction easy breezy but it is not often you get great customer service over the phone. Debit or credit option available for those who may want to use either or, followed by great prices. I look forward to having a great experience once I actually arrive. As of 3/20/18 * I am updating my review now that I have returned the rental. I had a pleasant experience, and I will definitely rent again from Econo Auto Rentals when I am in the area. EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the initial phone reservation to the airport pick up. I am a regular customer of Econo Auto Rentals. I keep coming back because the cars are clean, comfortable, and dependable. I'm always greeted in a friendly, helpful manner whenever I walk in the door and I'm on my way quickly. I think I must have driven every one of their cars by now and I have never had a problem with any of them. The air conditioning is cold, the cars smell great, and all I need to do is relax and drive. Most of the cars have auxillary ports on the radio, so that I can plug in my MP3 player to listen to my music of choice on the trip. The sound systems are good, with full bass on songs that need that support. Windshield wipers are new and function without streaking. Some of the cars have automatic lights that come on when the car is turned on and turn themselves off when the key is turned off. Some have cruise control, but not all of them. I don't know what else I could ask for than a comfortable, pleasant ride at a great price. Every experience with Econo Auto Rentals has been great. They are truly a five star company! read more

Econo Auto Rentals will always be my first choice.Last week i got ready to leave for work and realized my clutch went i had to get to be to work out in Tampa in less than 90 minutes i looked online and came across Econo. when i called i spoke to Kerianne who went above and beyond her customer service duties to answer my questions and help me find the best deal..From reading past reviews i was skeptical but figured id give it a try anyway since it fit in my budget. I didn't think id be able to get the shuttle service because i lived 7 miles away and they made an exception and picked me up anyway when we got there the staff was kind and everything went quickly not making me late for work ..The car was a 2013 gray Kia clean and actually drove smooth for a rental. After getting in an accident my car needed to be in a shop for 3 weeks getting worked on . Econo auto was the ONLY place I called that was a hassle free process . The big companies were practically asking for my first born child (being 24 didn't help the process ) . All they asked for was a major debit card prof of insurance and a vaild I.d! All the ladies who work there are super helpful and made such a bad situation so much better ! Would tell anyone to use them over any big company like enterprise or hertz ! Had a pretty good experience. They picked me up from the body shop and also dropped me off when I returned the car. The staff was pleasant and the ride back to my car after being fixed was very pleasant as well. She was very friendly and conversational. My car was getting new upholstery from a location in the plaza and Econo was a last minute decision. I got a car for 2 days and it drove well and was clean.
