My girlfriend's car was going to be in the shop for several days, so I stopped by this Enterprise to get her a rental. This location is only a few miles away from my home, so we just showed up without a reservation so I could see what deals they might have. We arrived on a Wednesday morning at 9:30am, and there was only one other customer there who was just finishing up. The small interior is clean and well air conditioned. Jake was friendly and started our rental process. When I asked if they had any AAA, AARP, or other discounts, Jamie came over and said they could give me a shop discount since her car was being having repairs done and it wasn't just a leisure rental. Be sure to ask for the "shop discount" if it applies to you. In a little over 15 minutes, the rental paperwork was complete, we inspected the car together, and were on our way. The rental car was a hybrid 2025 Toyota Camry which was spotless inside and out. It did have some minor scrapes on the rear bumper from a previous customer. We had the car for three days and had no issues. I dropped the car off on a Saturday morning, and they were very busy. I arrived just in time as they were already helping two customers, and three other customers arrived minutes after me. Jessie assisted me with check out, thanked me for my patience, and apologized for the wait. The checkout process took less than five minutes. Their "pick up/drop off service" is only available weekdays and is limited to a three mile distance, so I had to take an Uber home. They are only open until 1pm on Saturday and are closed on Sunday, so plan accordingly. All employees were very friendly and professional. We had a great experience at Enterprise and would definitely rent a car from here again. read more

Jamie was so great! It was my first time needing a rental car and safe to say she made the experience extremely smooth and easy. She was super nice and answered all the questions I had. It can be a little scary dealing with so much after an accident but this experience was quick and easy all thanks to Jamie! read more

This was a very smooth experience. Called, reserved a car. Picked up the car. The people were nice. We did an upgrade for 10.00 more. The drove the car. Then dropped it off when we were done. Easy. We will do it again. read more

I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciate the Enterprise rental service, as well as the options your front office staff, Edena (if I remember her name correctly) offered. She is amazing and made everything much easier. I will definitely come back again because of her. She has a caring heart, is very professional, and has so many other great qualities. Great job Enterprise!! read more

I reserved a car on-line three days in advance of our trip from Enterprise on Orangethorpe in Placentia. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle on Saturday there appeared to be a shortage of vehicles, at least a vehicle I was looking for. Customers began filling the office and the Assistant Branch Manager Jesse was the only one present to assist customers. He had vehicles returning and answering the telephone..I was surprised how calm Jesse remained and his professional demeanor while assisting customers and answering questions on the telephone. Once I selected a vehicle the process was seamless and quick ...as well as the return....I've heard that Enterprise has the best customer service and based on my experience would agree. No question I'll be going back...... read more

I came to this location to get my rental after getting rear ended and it was a rough day but Justin helped me out and he was so friendly! I didn't wait long, the wait room has awesome A/C for the hot day, and service was quick and I was put in a car that had just gotten washed! We did a full scan of the car on the outside for scratches dents ect. and he even had me take a video for my own protection. Thank you so much enterprise!! Great car options at this location too read more

Staffs here are nice, but hey Enterprise, if you don't want to manage this location then please shut it down. I came in for picking up a car with reservation, waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to get it. During waiting, I saw 7 other customers being sent onto a minivan heading to another location to pick up their cars. read more

Jamie helped us with our reservation for a passenger van for our family trip, and she was absolutely fabulous. There were at least three people ahead of us before the office even opened and about two people behind us, and she was the only Enterprise representative on duty. Despite the busy morning, she was incredibly efficient, checking each person in quickly, gathering all the necessary information, and promptly getting our rental into the queue to be cleaned. The two gentlemen preparing the vehicles were also friendly, thorough, and efficient, making sure our van was washed and safe so we could get on our way. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the level of service from the entire team. Thank you, Jamie, for starting our family trip on such a positive note! read more

Great customer service. Jaime, Gordon and Jessie were all very kind and helpful. Would recommend this location for your car rental needs.

Being involved in an accident is never a good day, but the customer service provided by the fine young man, Ze made my experience so pleasant. Both ends of my experience were greeted by kindness, professionalism and efficiency so being put out in a rental felt like a gift. Your company has found a special employee who cares about your customers feelings in your store- make sure upper management notices this as great employees are hard to find these days and as a business owner I recognize them when I see one!! Well done Enterprise- I will be back based on his service alone . read more

This has been the worst experience I've had with a car rental company. About a month ago, someone hit my car and their insurance company arranged a rental vehicle for me through this location. When I picked up the car, I was never informed about the optional Damage Waiver coverage. I assumed everything was being handled by the insurance, and at no point was I asked to opt in or explained that I would be charged for it. Now, they have charged me $650 for this coverage -- despite the fact that I barely used the vehicle, and it was returned in perfect condition. I feel this charge is completely unfair and misleading, as I was not properly informed or given a choice regarding this fe read more

Sam Sam Sam.. She could not have been any more excellent. What a pleasure to work with. Having been a customer of many a rental car establishments, mostly Enterprise, I can easily say that Sam provided the best, most professional and helpful customer experience of them all. On top of everything, she was so sweet! Thank you Sam! read more

This stared off as the worst rental ever!!!! Renting through Chase and somehow the return location was unavailable at Enterprise, yet we were able to book it on the Chase website. On the way home, we pulled over to readjust our tarp, and when we got back in the truck, the battery was dead!!! We only drove it 2 hours from Enterprise. they didn't use it all weekend, then drove 15 mins before pulling over. There's no way that truck had been serviced recently. Upon returning the truck, Garrett (Enerprise) was extremely empathic to our situation. And apologized on behalf of the company. He seemed really concerned with our wellbeing and made sure everyone was okay. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Car Rental Near Me - Placentia, California

My insurance company made a reservation for me while my car was being repaired. The manager was informative and accommodating.. She arranged for an Uber ride when there wasn't enough staff to take me to the automotive repair shop. Enterprise picked up the tab for the Uber ride. Even though the office was short on staff , both the pick-up and drop off of the rental went smoothly and quickly. read more

This place sucks the people are nice but I have literally been here for 2 hours and I am the only one here and they still have me waiting for a car read more

I made a reservation to pick up a car today at 9:00am. The manager called me at 8:30 to tell me he had no cars to rent and I should wait a few hours and call back. I called back 6 hours later and still nothing! Why make a reservation when the stress could have been avoided by telling me in the first place. After making my reservation I figured everything was taken care of only to find out the management and I T programing for enterprise is far from efficient and has no respect for their customers. Very disappointing. read more

Outstanding customer service from Garret. I've used this location many times over the years and this was the best experience by far. We had the most amazing customer service by Alia, who provided world-class service throughout the entire rental period. I rented a car for my daughter while her car was in the body shop and Alia was patient and courteous at all times with our numerous questions and inquiries. But the most amazing show of human kindness was at the rental return. My daughter arrived near closing time of 6pm and as she was about to leave with her repaired car the battery died. So Alia tried to help her jump the car and when that didn't work, called AAA together. Alia went above and beyond the call of duty by waiting over 40 minutes after closing time with my daughter...this was an unbelievable show of kindness and compassion. Thank you Alia! read more

Came here for the first time through my insurance, Nick was amazing and friendly, took his time taking care of his customers and walked me through the details and types of vehicles to choose from, he was very clear and precise. Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Love my rental car! - Car Rental Near Me - Placentia, California

Very poor customer service & you have to watch out for your bank info you give them because they simply can scam you after you return the vehicle and done with the rental, they charge your account with extra balance and just withdraw it without your permission. The manager at this location is very rude and doesn't know what customer service is, I believe his name is Niazy. My advice for anyone get your rental somewhere else! read more

From the moment I made the call to the Yorba Linda store...Zac took care of me! AMAZING service! Due to the way things work with rental for insurance pricing, The Placentia Enterprise picked me up. DYLAN was also very professional and just a pleasure to work with. Ozzie made it happen with the Yorba Linda store to get me the countryman mini cooper. I was stuck on renting it to see if I want one, while my car was in shop. All in all, every person I came in contact with between the two stores where Beyond 5 star service. It's nice to know how the company works to really take care of the customer! I highly recommend Enterprise (either store) They did theres jobs "seamlessly"and I had fun in the zippy mini cooper. And drop-off is so easy. Leave the car and the keys when wanted! Dropped off at Placentia store today. read more

Just returned our rental and I am super pleased with the service. Alex called me to confirm my pick up the day before. I called the day of my pick up to ask if I could pick up a littler earlier and they had the car ready for me. I needed a car rental while awaiting body shop repair after an incident with my personal vehicle. From the first phone call, to the front desk, to the return to my body shop, every employee was not only professional, but very polite and kind. They are very close to CRASH CHAMPIONS on Monroe so a great choice if you have to rent a car during body repair. Thank you to the several employees who helped me. read more

Amazing staff and fast check in to rent my car. They made it so simple to go through my insurance and were super friendly and helpful

This is the worst place to rent a car. I left my sunglasses in the rental car and they took my sunglasses.

Have had a reservation made through insurance company since last Thursday . Once reservation was made got a call from the rental car office and asked when I needed the vehicle because they were extremely busy and had little to no rental inventory. I said no problem and said I really didn't need it until today (Monday). So dropped off my vehicle to the auto body down the street, got picked up by representative of enterprise and guess what when I get there. They don't have a vehicle for me. Said they were just super busy and that they'd take care of me if I could come back later in the week. I'll pass. Will find somewhere else to rent. read more

Great service by kind and competent employees! Best Enterprise location I've dealt with.

We have car in shop and needed a car for an important appointment. I made an online reservation for my wife and sent her with my credit card (we are long time customers). They refused to help her because her CDL and name on card were not the same. There were a hundred different ways they could have verified the request, considering they already have our information, but to no avail. Time to find another rental car company to give our money to. read more
