Had the misfortune of needing a rental car in July 2023. This was provided by the Enterprise on Broadview Rd Seven Hills. The car was not clean, had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. They weren't even able to show me how to get the AC working. I went to another Enterprise in Brunswick to complain about the AC not working. There was nothing wrong with the AC, I wasn't told how to use it properly. It was very easy to do. I mentioned having less than 1/4 tank gas, they told me it should have been filled to 1/2 tank. The Brunswick Enterprise location went with me to a nearby gas station and paid for gas to fill it to 1/2 tank. They were so helpful and courteous. A real pleasure dealing with them. Now the worst part of dealing with the Seven Hills Enterprise. They CHARGED my credit card an additional unauthorized charge $354 for so called additional insurance that they claimed I " agreed" to. This was false and fortunately my credit card company dealt with the situation, found it to be fraudulent and credited my account. When I initially called the man at Enterprise, he was abrupt and rude and said he was very busy and would call me back. Of course he never did.! I knew there was no point in trying to deal with him and reported it to my credit card dispute department. I am so thankful that this was resolved for me. Incredibly rude and lacking in common sense. Management only worried about what was available at the store instead of meeting the needs of the customer. For example, if you wanted to rent a Ford truck, they would only offer you a standard vehicle (Chevy Cruze or smaller). Obviously this is not want you need; however, it is all this location will provide for you unless you want to wait for hours on end for it to be delivered to the location! The "available" cars are not cleaned and stink like smoke, sewage or terrible cheap fabric cleaner to cover the smells. The management also rudely corrects their staff about policies and what is allowed to be rented and constantly charges for things that are free throughout other enterprises. The staff are also not knowledgeable about any of their cars in regards to their class size and ask rude or personal questions that are not any of their business. This location gives Enterprise a bad name! I have used enterprise for car rentals for years and I am fully aware about their policies and add-ons. For example, they are supposed to offer a free service to pick you up with the rental car as long as you are within 10 miles from their store location; however, when I called to request this option it was not given to me because I wouldn't be PAY for the service! This is highly unacceptable! Very disappointing and disrespectful! Never go here if you can help it. Go to Strongsville, OH Enterprise location instead if you're in the area. Strongsville was able to give me what I need without hesitation! read more

We usually always rent from here but we had a coupon for hertz. Ended up returning the car to hertz ( within 2 hours) and going to enterprise. The staff here is knolwedgeable, friendly, and worked us out a great deal! We had the most comfortable trip out of town ever and they did it all with great customer service and smiles! I've rented from this location for the past two years when I've come home to visit my family, as this is the closest Enterprise location to my mother's house, and I am a dedicated Enterprise customer. I always receive excellent service from Enterprise, which is why I only rent from them, but both years the guys that work here have gone above and beyond to help me out. Mike, one of the managers, adjusted my reservation for me when I decided I needed the car a day later, but didn't change the rental rate, and made a few additional accommodations for me with regard to my return time. He went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted when I was lazy and missed my arrival time and they ran out of cars. They were all so friendly and helpful. Service like this is why I keep coming back to Enterprise. read more

The car my wife picked up at the repair shop was TERRIBLE. It was dirty and had so little gas that my wife wasn't sure if she would make it to the nearest gas station. Although it had very few miles on it the auto transmission slipped. The windshield was grimy. I rent cars often for business trips. It wont be with Enterprise. This location was good a couple months ago but I've yet been able to rent a car from this branch no matter when I reserve online and what time I come in they never have a car available for me.... a little weird. They told a guy in front of me that no minivans were available then tried to put me in a minivan after he left this location needs more cars or new management read more

I've rented from this location several times in the past year and the experience has always been great! The customer service is outstanding, they are quick and efficient and always do a follow up call to make sure I am satisfied. I deal with a few Enterprise locations here in Ohio and in the Chicago area-- this one is way better than all the others! Fast service, clean cars. Enterprise provided a loaner vehicle for my daughter while her car was being repaired. Enterprise had the car waiting at the body shop and we dropped it off there when car was completed. although insurance provided service, we couldn't ask for more convenience and service. We always use Enterprise when we travel. read more

Customer service at the Parma, OH location was usually pretty average until recently. I've rented from there many times and not until the past 6 months or so have I had issues. Suddenly they will only accept certain forms of payment, which I have always used a bank debit cards without a problem. I feel as if the rental terms are made up last minute (at least I couldn't find said terms, even after contacting corporate.) Enterprise has lost a long time customer today because of their B.S. rental practices. Just like every large business tho, I'm merely a tiny fish in their ocean. read more

When I was given the rental car at the repair shop that was doing insurance work on my vehicle, the inside of the rental car was dirty and smelled like cigar smoke. Then after I returned the rental car, I saw charges on my credit card. When I called to inquire about the charges, I was informed that the charges were because my insurance company only covers $25/day and the car was $25.99/day so I had to pay 8% taxes on 4 days at $25.99/day, plus the extra $0.99/day that my insurance company didn't cover, plus some license plate fee. What!?!!?! What a scam! When I had initially talked to Enterprise, I had told them that I wanted to get whatever my insurance company covered and that I didn't want to be responsible for any "extra" charges. Moreover, when the Enterprise representative gave me the rental car, he did not tell me that I was going to have to pay for these "extra" charges. Otherwise, I would have probably went with another company that was willing to work with what my insurance company covered. Enterprise needs to be up front with its customers and explain all of these "extra" charges up front so that the customer can make an informed decision if they want to rent a car from them or from a different company! read more
