I had gone car shopping at traditional dealers over the weekend and could not get a straight answer from the sales people. There is no obligation if they do find what you're looking for and you don't like it. I test drove cars and went to dealerships in addition to working with Diamond Auto Lease, but I liked the service they provided and the cars they had best. Even if Diamond doesn't find what you are looking for right away, they check in each week with updates. Once I purchased my car, they handled everything - set up my new registration, notified my insurance company, offered to handle the bank loan (and got me the best rate, too). The last time I bought a car, the process was extremely stressful, but this time, it was incredibly easy.

Did not want to handle all that luggage in my minivan and park it for such a long time. Have been a fan since. Drivers are courteous and timely. Easy to contact. Punctual. Have used the service with smaller groups and with one person. Best with groups of four or more Pricing is by trip, not by number of occupants, so it is more cost effective to use this with large groups. Traveling as one person, taxi likely cheaper, but less service friendly. Have never been disappointed. Highly recommend this service.
