When I first drove the truck, I was a bit intimidated by its size. But I figured out the brakes and how to drive it fairly quickly. Renting this truck for two days cost the same as renting a Uhaul for three hours, $110! Big difference in price! Plus, I was able to negotiate the price per mile to $0.55. That was a deal because I paid $0.99 at Uhaul. Anyway, the truck performed flawlessly for my move. I filled it up, returned it, and was greeted by the same cute worker. Excellent service and truck!

We get to the location to rent the truck the clerk says the deposit has to be made in a cashiers check. It's the most shady business I have ever heard they would not expect the American Express for a deposit. Biggest waste of time i don't recommend this location.

I didn't have anything to compare it to, but I found out later, that this was expensive. I rented a much larger truck from Penske for $110 for two days and only $0.55 per mile. Anyway, the truck performed flawlessly and the service was very good.

The staff handled themselves well. And checked in all returns quickly and politely. Greeting each renter as the arrived. I don't want to move again anytime soon. Scheduled a 10' truck rental to be picked up from the North Royalton Uhaul location to be dropped…read moreoff at this location. I also ordered a dolly and the insurance online prior to coming to the location to pick up. On the online order I mentioned / put into the request it was to be returned to another location, 30 miles away (Kamms Corners). I also mentioned this multiple times when I went to pick up the truck and they confirmed as they were looking over the order. They also overcharged me for a different dolly as they did not have the dolly I reserved online so they gave me a more expensive option. When I tried to return to Kamms Corners, this U-Haul location said I could not and had to return it to the original location. When I mentioned I stated this at least three times, the response was "you can call Uhaul customer service at Corporate if you want lady, but they or we can't and won't do anything". So then having to go back to the original location (North Royalton), there was a major accident on the highway next to the exit to the North Royalton U-Haul that delayed the drop off over an hour and a half. I called in advance to say I was coming 10 minutes after they closed- however no one would wait, and they said return it to the after hours drop off, which again was yet another additional charge. Not sure how anyone moves across the country with Uhaul if they are this messy between locations under 50 miles - such a terrible experience - avoid if you can!

I'm stuck for 7 hrs in west Texas with a broken wheel bearing and the company has done little to nothing to get me any help. Its a town of couple hundred. It's getting dark and it's going to snow and I'm stuck here until they can find a replacement truck. It's very cold and these people don't give a shit. They won't call me back and I have to call. They're low life's if you ask me. Am not in a good mood. Had enough money to get back to Phoenix and they tell me I hVe to pay for my own hotel room. They're low life's this company.
