    I deal with the different enterprises pretty regularly because of my job. I can tell you they are not at all equal. They are a business so obviously they want to upgrade and you sell you insurance but some reps could be pushy. My job set me up with a rental reservation over the weekend and some locations were unable to rent anything to me for the amount allowed and insisted on upselling me. This was the only location that was willing to accommodate me, provided me with an upgrade, and understood that if they didn't, then they would have rented one less car over the weekend. The cars are all sanitized and maintained regularly. The staff was professional and friendly. This location is conveniently located on route 17 and the staff will pick up if your local. You can rent a car for the day for about the same price as an Uber ride or two so it's a no brainer where to go if you need to rent a car.

    My experience was fine. I usually go to Westwood because it's closer, but I had no issues returning my car.

First I when I pointed out existing damages to the car, the rep simply told me it's in the system and I should not worry. So when I personally took pictures and wrote on the paper contract he seemed very annoyed. Then the car was dirty outside as well as the string cigarett smell which he said it was treated. I needed the car so I rented the smoke smelly grey Nissan Rogue. When I got home, the smoke smell was so bad that I called the national customer service to get exchanged for another car. After 2 days, I returned the car for a cleaner car without the smoke stench, again the rep. men yells out that he will check the car and yells to meet him inside when I simply told him the gas was filled. He seemed annoyed and talks with rudness and anger at some point. I hope the mgr. Or corporate retrains them about how customers should be talk to. I even sense ehtnic discrimination the way two male representatives spoke to colored person. Deeply disappointed at the rude service men. I do not recommend this rental location at all.

These guys are some of the fairest and honest people I've ever rented from. The rental process and drop-off was an absolute breeze - no pressure and straightforward the entire rental period. I had to keep filling the right passenger tire with air - so much so that I ended up buying an air compressor to fill the tire. When I called to swap out the car, they didn't have one and were supposed to call me back - that never happened. I finally had to call and they swapped it out after two weeks. Their answer? Oh you could have come here every day and we would have filled it up for free. Right. I'm supposed to drive to their location from wherever I am to fill up a tire? I don't think so. They never offered to change the tire - nothing. It was an unsafe situation to which there was no urgency on their part. I was promised the car had Carplay, which I use for navigation. I travel at night quite a bit and need navigation. Carplay rarely worked - I informed them of that issue when I called to tell them about the tire - no one cared. In the meantime, my insurance company was paying for this car and I had to pay an additional $500 due to the body shop keeping my car longer than anticipated. The final insult was charging me $5 for bringing the car back just a tad short. When I brought back the car to be swapped out, it was over the amount I had taken it out at. Did I receive a refund? Absolutely not! All in all, this was a TERRIBLE experience! I will never recommend Enterprise in Ridgewood NJ and will not use them again.

    Update: got the car back, these guys really don't know what they are doing. Interior covered in…read moreoverspray, all my carbon fiber trim feels like sandpaper, water damage on door panels, paint work was crap. Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.
