Completely scraped in, I knew this was something that would take some time to fix. My husband recommended we go to Prestige Auto Body. At the time, it was during a week day, within less than five days, my car came back as if nothing happened. I was already so thankful to Tommy and his staff, I completely forgot I meant to review the business the first time. Less than two weeks ago, now my left side, both frames between my rear door and the panel I scraped and dented after misjudging the distance leaving work and I drove too close to a metal fence. Days later, we went back to Prestige Auto Body, saw Tommy and familiar faces again, and my car was back in the shop. Last week we went in towards Monday early evening, my car was done by Thursday afternoon. Tommy, thank you so much for remembering us and keeping your painter for my specific car color and fixing the damages. We're talking overnight here, and unless it's near your home, forget it. The EVgo and EVconnect chargers are mostly level 2 and unreliable, I've found that the Electrify America or Volta chargers are best. That being said, this station is ALWAYS full, and you will sit in the car waiting your turn for quite a while. The plus is a nearby Cafe Bene that has a bathroom, hot bev, seating, and many good sweet treats, so you can hang out inside once you get plugged in. So many stations are under maintenance, though, all over, no matter what brand charger station you use. If dealers expect to sell these Tesla knockoffs, there needs to be more working stations. Almost every station has one bay unusable, and here is no exception. A little drama while waiting tonight, a Tesla started to smoke (why he wasn't using a Tesla station, idk). Fort Lee cops and fire came out, and it was a little excitement during the boring task of waiting in the line. All was well, no fire, thankfully. I would say if you're considering an EV, do a lot of research and test drives. I would recommend renting and driving it for a week, if only to see how you will deal with the headache of charging. The upside is: helping to get our country off gas and oil! And a full charge is about $20...

I have a jeep wrangler so they used my spare tire on the back. I told them beforehand that although the nail was there, I never recieved notification on my dashboard. They also informed me that they were unable to patch/plug it in. they were experts/truly experienced, they would've tested the tire for Air, but instead they swapped out my spare with the "nailed tire" and told me I needed to pay over $300 for a new tire. Andre did the swapping. I just so happened to be passing by another tire shop in the area and they told me that the nail didn't penetrate the tire and that a new tire wasn't necessary at all. They also informed me that had mavis tested the tire, I would've saved time ...and money. Mavis just wanted to make a quick hick instead of retaining a loyal customer. Hate scammers A manager called me today at exactly 2:21 pm and apologized after hearing that happened. Total scammers here !
