What I can say about the Westwood office: I went through a difficult time - I had surgery prior to renting - I was traveling from Maine and a few days before leaving for NJ - my car got hit and totaled. I recovered from surgery with complications - without a car to get anywhere once able to drive. The kindness, the thoroughness and patience that everyone at this office who helped me had was beyond 100 percent. I know them by name: Kayler, Kahlia, Eric, Roman and Brenna. They were INCREDIBLE and I will always rent from them. Shout out to Chelsea in Exeter and Ryan in Portsmouth - but everyone (whose names I may not know) deserve kudos for excellent customer care. So important - makes or breaks a company. Please acknowledge their excellence.

I walked in about 30 minutes before closing on a weekday, told them what I needed at the check-in counter, filled out a form, had a passport-style photo taken, and was out the door in about 15 minutes. Amazing. The facility is large and clean, with a waiting area. They also handle DMV-type services, and you can tell that part of the operation can get frustrating for some customers -- there were signs all over the check-in area asking people to be respectful and not harass the employees. For my visit and transaction though, everything was smooth and extremely pleasant. They take credit cards and there's plenty of parking in the lot.

As I will not drive with an expired license I started searching for an alternative DMV location where I could renew my license. After checking numerous other offices I was able to secure an appointment at the DMV Nanuet office for the very next day with a drive of only 35 minutes from my home. The Nanuet AAA DMV office is located in Rockland Plaza which has lots of parking space. The office is very modern, spacious and well organized. The staff there are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and my license was quickly renewed in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

They charged us $299 to travel 37 min to Newark airport after our other limo company was caught in traffic. When my father (senior age) called he asked to pay before and they said "no just pay the driver" and he clarified it would be comparable to previous rates which were around $140. When we got to the airport the driver demanded $299 and said there was a last minute fee. The kicker in all of this is we asked for a pickup from them to get there earlier but they came 20 minutes later than they promised so it wasn't even faster.
