In the beginning, she was professional and promised to help with the planning and even travel to Cancun with me for support. I was elated. After my 50 guest and I paid for our tickets in April, she ghosted me. She did not respond to text, phone calls or emails. She will respond to friends who were calling to book but not me the birthday girl who had hired her. She is horrible, lacks professionalism and basic customer service. I learned from the hotel upon my arrival that she contacted them on May 26th for my birthday party on June 1st 2023. I felt like someone kicked me. For the boar cruise, she told me in February that it was $1200. However on May 28th- I received an email from her -(it was cold- no mention her poor communication) stating that the boat cruise was $5900.00. I deleted her email. In Cancun, I was told it was $3000.00 for 50 guest. Please do not use Tammy Ohara's agency. She is not a good human being.

Carli responded a week or two later with some basic overviews and comparisons of what each of the islands has to offer. Carli made a few recommendations on a couple hotels and my fiancée, responded with some additional questions, and we've never heard back. NOTHING, NADA, ZIP...AFTER THE INITIAL informational video, which was a basic OVERVIEW and COMPARISON OF EACH ISLAND - NOTHING! We have both tried emailing and calling multiple times over the past 2-3 weeks and neither of us has received a return call or email. When calling the Hoboken, NJ office number during their Eastern Time zone office hours, we have been immediately routed to an answering service every time. We've also even tried calling after hours, hoping to reach Carli or someone in the office. We just keep getting the same answering service that keeps offering to send another message "FLAGGED" and marked as URGENT! The answering service keeps apologizing, but apologies are not resolving the ongoing lack of any response from Carli and her irresponsible "concierge" travel group. It's now approaching 2 months before our planned vacation, and we are having to plan our trip without any assistance, and we have no time to plan our vacation, hence the reason we paid to have CARLI and THE CONCIERGE TRAVEL GROUP to make all the arrangements, as we are both healthcare professionals. This is our first vacation in almost 5 years, and after surviving the crazy life during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been ghosted by Carli and her company. Not sure why Carli has not returned our calls and emails - perhaps they are overwhelmed? However, how long would it take to send a quick response or make a brief phone call to inform us that they received our messages, and inform us that they are overwhelmed and will refund our fee that we paid for their non-existent "concierge" services. If this 5 day trip to Hawaii had gone well, we had planned to use Carli for our trips to Europe and Italy next year. Also this company has now not only lost all the referrals we had intended on providing, but we will now make certain other healthcare professionals use a different "concierge" travel company. So unprofessional! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

The trip involved months of planning, and E. Clarke Travel was by my side the entire time. Hundreds of emails later, they handled every suggestion and change with incredible patience and kindness. They knew exactly what was needed to make the trip relaxing, adventurous, and fun for everyone in our group. They recommended restaurants and made dinner reservations for 12 every night, and when I asked for changes they rebooked without hesitation. We asked them to arrange a private boat for the day with a fun captain and food and drinks on board--everything was perfect. The boat day was one of the highlights of our trip, and all 12 of us agree. I can't say enough wonderful things about E. Clarke Travel. Special thanks to Karen and Donna--Donna was incredible and instrumental in planning this very memorable family vacation. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have traveled through most of the United States and Asia, a bit of Europe, and…read moremany other places. Traveling is our love and addiction. We often put together trips ourselves, but for Australia/New Zealand we needed an expert in the area to help us. We started by first looking at some tour companies. (My cousins used one to go to the same destination.) But none had some of the things we wanted, and I needed a few accommodations. I found three firms online that specialized in this area and that drew my interest. I emailed asking for quotes. Two called and I spoke to the agents, outlining my requests. The Aspire agent responded to a query from my husband on Zicasso. And I let her know (via email and then on the phone) what we needed. She listened to me and provided a quote with items and times that I had requested at a reasonable price. So she was our top pick, and we began to work together to cull the best items for the trip. We never paid a fee until we were ready to book the tour. I worked with Sharon T. And she was amazing. We got the cities we wanted, in the order we wanted, and with a few special accommodations. (For example: With a recent knee surgery, I couldn't climb the 300 steps at the Sydney Opera House, so she booked us an accessible tour. I sometimes have tummy trouble early in the mornings, so mostly I wanted tours that started at 10 am or later. I did have to give in to early times in a few instances, because they were not avoidable. I even had a specific order to the cities we visited, because I wanted to end the trip in Auckland, New Zealand, where we planned to meet with a friend we hadn't seen in more than 30 years.) Suffice it to say that Sharon and I exchanged tons [hundreds? :-)] of emails from May through the end of the trip in October. I even emailed her at least three or four times while on the 19-day trip, and I always got an immediate response (if the timing was right with the 15-17 hour difference). As a former assistant travel editor for a major daily newspaper, I may be more particular than most people and harder to please. Aspire (Sharon) was patient, detailed, and offered stellar service. P.S. The VAMOOS app was incredible. It provided every detail at our fingertips for the entire trip, along with reminders.
