Wonderful service, always arrive early and safe, clean rides. Highly recommended and appreciated

I am writing this review from the airport in Miami. I called to confirm my pick up at Newark airport. I scheduled my pick up a week before my trip. My first leg of the trip was great. When I didn't get a text confirming my airport pickup I called. It turns out they booked me a month later than I booked. And would not help me with a return trip. I chose this service because they were dependable , and I wanted to support a local business. I was very disappointed read more

Really good customer service here. We had my grandfather's service (and my grandmother's several years ago) here recently. The staff was very accommodating and always made sure to be there if we needed anything. We had the wake in the morning and evening, and there was always more than one person around to make sure things went smoothly. Good to know there's a good place around for your loved ones. read more

I have been working with Vanderplatt for over 15 yrs. The professionalism and punctuality have been flawless. The longevity of the drivers is a great comfort when my daughter is traveling to and from the airport solo. read more

I have used Vander Plaat for 36 years. They are always on time. Their staff is courteous and they get the job done. They work with me on where to pick me up and they are there and get me home or to the airport on time. There is no one else I would use or trust to get me there on time. read more

It goes without saying that in the service industry, being prompt and professional is crucial to standing out above competition. I have been trying to contact Vander Plaat Limo for several weeks now regarding our wedding in November. They were close to our venue and they were even listed in their vendor list as nearby limousine companies. First I completed their online quote questionnaire but I didn't hear anything from them after a week so I decided to call. I spoke with Peter who took down my info and told me a "wedding coordinator" would get back to me within the week. 2 weeks later and still no call back. Then I called a few days ago and spoke with a female who stated Sean would get back to me later in the day and she took my information again. That's three times I submitted my information to them. They've already shown to be irresponsible with my information, they don't bother to call back in a timely manner and they leave me hanging before I even book with them. I'm going to save myself the headache and frustration and move on. Hopefully someone else reading this will do the same. read more

Drivers a great ! Cars are nice ! People on the phone are very professional and customer service oriented..... However, each and every time I use them for whatever reason the car is dirty...crumbs, sticky seats, etc..... I would think that a car wash on a regular basis would go a long long way !!! read more

Sean and the team at Vander Plaat limo were great! They were ready and waiting as we stepped off our plane. Our chauffeur went above and beyond. We had some additional time before we were to check in at our hotel so our chauffeur gave us a driving tour of Manhattan. He also recommended 2 different restaurants that ended up being our favorites the entire time we were there. They were nice, not touristy, and the food was amazing! I am definitely using them for my next trip to NYC. read more

We have used Vander Plaat Limo for years and are always very satisfied! The drivers arrive a few minutes early, the communication prior to the pick-up is excellent, the cars are comfortable, and the drivers are all professional and very helpful. I highly recommend Vander Plaat Limo - you may pay a little more, but it's worth it! read more

As a 30 year client I feel that five stars is well earned. I felt it necessary to post after reading two less than positive reviews. With rare exception the cars have always been immaculate, the drivers well-dressed, courteous and the service unfailingly prompt. read more
