Jan 2023 : RENTERS BE AWARE : IF YOU ARE RENTING A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE !! OR HAVE A RESERVATION , THAT WILL NOT SECURE THE SIZE CAR YOU ARE REQUESTING " THEY WILL GIVE YOU WHATEVER THEY HAVE IN STOCK AT THAT MOMENT !!!! your reservation for specific size of car means NOTHING!!! WHY THEY DONT TELL YOU THIS ON THE PHONE ? they should tell you " if you are making a resevation we cant promise you the size car you want we will give you what we have in the lot , are you okay knowing this do you want to continue with your reservation ? that will help customers know better. !! ENTERPRISE RENT- A CAR : does not disclose this information you need to read it on the webiste who reads all this honestly specailly if you are making a call and speaking to a live person this MUST BE DISCLOSE !!! THAT IS WHAT THE AGENT TOLD ME WHEN I GOT THERE !!! and plase undertand I know they can't promise you a brand or model but they should be able to get you into the size car you have reserved " THE AGENT !! CLEARLY TOLD US READ THE PRINT POLICY ! Made a reservation 2 days in advance for a full size vehicle. I got a confirmation / reservation number to secure my rental showed up on 1/25/23 : A gentlement told us " sorry we do not have any full vehicles available . I was upset and told him I have a resevarion : I understand you cant not garantee the Model or make or the vehicle , however THE RESERVATION IS SIZE CAR I WANT WHICH WAS " FULL SIZE" . Agent : WELL WE CAN NOT PROMISE YOU THE CAR YOU WANT WILL BE AVAILABLE, IS WHAT WE HAVE ON THE LOT " me : what is the point o making a reservation Agent : well you can get a car but you will need to upgrate since we dont have the car you had requested. me : that is not acceptable so you are telling me a reservation means nothing and I will have to pay more even after I took th time to call for a reseveration? it does not make sense Agent : do you want me to show you how many people I have with reservation 6 weeks prior and we will give them what we have available at the time. Me : well I'd reserved a full size car so I want to get that. 3 minutes later he said " Okay let me see what I can do and he got me a full size car. I will tell you this much about this place 1) car was not clean 2) the inside was dirty 3) STRONG SMELL OF SOMEONE SMOKING IN THE CAR, I COULDNT EVEN BREATHE !! THE SMELL OF CIGARETTES WAS SO BAD !! *** I had to spend my own money to have the car washed, cleaned and freshner to make the care smell good ,no matter what you do the smell didnt go away. 1/26: called to report the smell of cigarettes spoke to OLIVIA , I must say she was very friendly and offer me several time to change the vehicle, she was very polite but I wasnt able to take the car back. Olivia was very understanding about the problem 1/31 Returned the car back and talk to a gentlement and told hm the car was not clean when I got and he raelly apoligize and sent him the picture I had on my phone of the car. The car was returned super clean and full of tank better than it was giving to me. ABOUT THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION AT 1344 E HOLT BLVD The first gentlement tha helped me was a bit rude, and not listenign to my concerns ABOUT OLIVIA and the guy that helped me with my return both were nice and friendly and I appreciated them listening to my conerns and again Oliva was super nice and thank you for texting me and offereing to help me swtich cars and the follow up call as well. I wish you had been there since the begining I'm sure my experience had been different.

Great experience here this week. We rented a Lincoln and drove from Ontario to Bishop for a family reunion. The car performed great. AC was cold and the ride was smooth and comfortable. David was excellent and friendly when we picked up the car. A pleasure to work with. He even discounted the cost a bit because we didn't get the exact car we had asked for. Great customer service! The return was as easy as the pickup and they emailed the final bill. Overall, no problems and I will definitely go to this Enterprise again if I need to rent another car

tires pressure when tires cold. should be 33psi

Once again (last four cars from e prise), I get a car with grossly over/ under pressurized tires. How fucking hard is it to get this safety issue close to correct ?!?!? Tires were 45, 45, 45 and 44psi (cold), supposed to be 33psi.

A small lot with more of SUV/mid size SUVs and a few sedan vehicles. Plenty of options to fit your needs. It looks a little sketchy from the outside BUT it is LEGIT as they come. We've rented 2 vehicles within a month for local road trip purposes. Both cars were very clean, serviced up to date, had gas and ran smoothly. No problems whatsoever. We rented a Toyota Sienna 7 passenger mini van that had plenty of space and was honestly one of my favorite rentals, super good on gas! Next, was a smaller mid-size Mazda 4 cylinder. Amazing on gas of course & really easy to drive. Lee is so quick to respond and is an excellent communicator. He has a great feel for making sure his clients are taken care of. He goes above and beyond to make sure your rental experience with him runs as smooth as possible. He is such a nice guy and really makes it a point to help you especially if you're in a bind for a rental. Lee even offered pick up/drop off services. AND he gave me a free apple car charger for the road. Seriously just the best. They accept all forms of payment. Credit card, Debit Card, Cash, Zelle. There is no credit check. There is a $500 deposit that will be returned to you once the rental is returned. THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS but the lot is locked so you will need to call before hand to meet Lee or another employee at the lot. It isn't your typical Car rental place that you can just enter during business hours. Think of this as a private car rental agency exclusive to those who "know" lol. It really is a great business. If I had to compare, it works the same as a TURO rental but obviously better. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend renting from here. An option to choose from if you don't have a credit card. And a terrific option if you're not able to rent anywhere else. Already referred friends and family here & I hope you do too after you rent from DT 24 Hour Car Rental.

We found Lee at google maps open 24 hrs for Car rental. He answered the phone and helped us to get a car!!! He drove the car and picked up us. It was a nice Chevy Traverse, provided us with a phone chargers. Excellent service!!! He was our uber driver on our return flight at SBD Airport to SFO. Hazzle free !!!What a stress relief!! My wife rented a car through Fox Rental in Ontario California through Expedia for $336.94. The…read morerental agent tried to sell her additional insurance and she declined the insurance because between our credit card and car insurance she was fully covered. The rental agent pointed to an area on the form and told her she needed to sign that she was declining the additional insurance which she did. When she arrived home she noticed an additional charge for $171.32 on the credit card so she called Fox and spoke with a customer service agent who spoke broken English and was difficult to understand. My wife explained to her what had occurred and the agent told her that she had signed in the area requesting additional insurance and they would not refund the money. It's very obvious that the rental agents work on commission and victimize travelers that are tired and in a hurry. This is the first time we have been victimized by an unscrupulous car rental agency. I would advise you not to use Fox Car Rentals because of this criminality. Fox Rental could easily review their video system which would prove what happened. We did report this to Expedia so they are aware. Before you make a reservation with Fox scroll through the customer complaints on yelp and other travel rating sites. There is a reason they are rated 1.5 stars.

Before making any payment, I clearly confirmed multiple times whether the specific vehicle I wanted was available. The manager repeatedly assured me that the vehicle was available. Based on her confirmation, I proceeded with the payment process. However, immediately after the payment was completed, I was suddenly told that the vehicle was no longer available and had already been reserved by someone else. This was extremely confusing and unacceptable, considering the manager had just confirmed its availability moments earlier. What made the situation even worse was the manager's attitude. Instead of offering a clear explanation or attempting to resolve the issue professionally, she responded in an extremely arrogant and dismissive manner, essentially conveying a "take it or leave it" attitude. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is highly inappropriate, especially from someone in a managerial position. Furthermore, the way I was treated during this interaction made me feel deeply uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about potential discriminatory treatment toward customers of color. Businesses operating in the United States have a responsibility to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. I respectfully request that your company conduct a formal review of this incident and take appropriate action. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter through appropriate consumer protection and civil rights channels to ensure the issue is properly addressed. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how this situation will be handled.

I have flown on and out of Ontario International Airport in California all of my life and have seen the experience go from why do I have to use this airport to wow and they continue to get better. For me, car rental is just what it is. Except this time something dramatically changed. Apparently , a staff meeting with a small agenda lead to a discussion to change the process of getting a rental so that it would lead to frustration leading to anger or murder.! Let me explain, once leaving the checkout counter you exit the building, find your car, do the inspection and get confirmed as you exit the lot by the attendant at the gate. Somehow, someway, Enterprise rental has decided to add a new process where you give a card to the lot attendant while you stand in the blistering sun. The lot attendant then assembles a group of renters and you're taken on a grand tour of all the cars you can drive. The group of renters I was with all had the look on their faces of : do we just stampede and rush to a car, or is this tour necessary? Also, there is the awkward moment of what if two renters want the same car? This is easy for me since I can out run most people, but seems a bit excessive just to rent a car and we really are not in this all together. We were leaning towards the first. I cannot express enough how much that process adds to frustration of the renter and the possibility of throwing of eggs. The previous process was perfect and allowed travelers to get to a car and continue on with their business. Returning the car was easy breezy and perfect. Lesson: Enterprise, make you checking out a car as easy as it is to check in the car and I will return. Standing in a second line after standing in the line at the checkout desk is torture and truly takes away from the experience .!I'm now thinking about traveling with eggs so that I can leave immediate feedback - it's that annoying. Enterprise, please go back to being best in class,
