    Enterprises surrogate driver policy that this location ignored.

    Disabled people do not use this location! If I could give this location negative stars I would. Upon further research I have discovered that Enterprise has supposedly has policies in place for disabled people after they had a major ADA violations case about 11 years ago. My disabilities have left me unable to drive anymore and in need of a surrogate driver for almost 8 years. I had an issue with this location last year where I was denied my right to put down the deposit unknowingly for my surrogate driver. This denied me my right to fair access. We were forced to have me transfer funds to my partner the driver who was listed on insurance policy as driver and insurance was okay with it last year. Because of the experience last June this past Wednesday I wanted to avoid issues and called corporate with my insurance company and explained I was asking for a reasonable accommodation and that she was on the policy and insurance wanted to have both our names on the reservation so I could be the financially responsible one for the deposit. Corporate put notes in our reservation. As this location was closest for our needs. I made the reservation with this location. Eagan called me right before I was going to call to confirm the notes and everything. He was super polite and helpful on the phone and said he saw the notes from corporate and we should have no issues tomorrow. Thursday, my shop called enterprise but this location which we had reservations with did not pick us up. Instead we were picked up by another location and when I realized it during the drive I told the driver we needed to go to the Broadway location as we had made our reservation and arrangements with them. He ignored my request and said that any location could help me. At the wrong location the manager was insisting on trying to help me but I had to keep telling him I wanted to go to the other location I had reservations with for him to understand that I wanted to do business with the location I had spoken to the day before. He called Broadway and they eventually sent a driver our way. When we came in we were greeted in a rude tone as if we were an inconvenience. Tyler said he saw the notes from corporate and when he was asking for id's I gave him mine first as I am on the reservation as well as my partner. And I told him I wanted to be the one financially responsible. He immediately refused me service stating that it had to be a card in the drivers name. I am very obviously disabled with visible and invisible disabilities. I told him I am disabled and cannot drive and I am asking for reasonable accommodations and I had cleared this with corporate the day prior. The way he spoke to me I have never experience anyone talking down and being so demeaning to me. He rudely said they had already made a reasonable accomodation by picking us up and letting my partner be the driver. He threw me into a panic attack as I was crying and explaining I had madr all the proper calls in advance and I had not only cleared it with corporate but had verified with his location the day prior. If you ask me Eagan should have been manager instead of Tyler and we would have not had this issue for the 2nd time within a year at this location. ​A female staff member saw how I was being treated and how upset I was and kindly offered me some water. Tyler kept saying there was nothing he could do without even bothering to contact corporate. I was so upset he told me I needed to figure it out and tell him what I wanted him to do and I told him I needed to call my insurance agent and he had me so upset I could not even use my phone properly to get to her info and he kept harassing me asking me what I wanted him to do. And I told him I need to talk to my insurance agent first and she helped me call corporate together and the guy on corporate said that isbwas obvious Tyler was not going to help us and that we should go to a different location. My insurance agent spoke with another location so we decided we wanted to go there. We told him we needed the location that was on Southern and he said on Baseline and we said no Southern and he said there was not a location on Southern there was one that was on Baseline and Southern and he could take us there. I told him my insurance agent said it was on Southern and I need to call her back to verify the address. Turns out he lied to us and indeed there is a location on Southern in Mesa and it is the Superstition Springs location. I told him we had the address while he was on the phone and after he got off the phone he told Julie she was gonna take us to the Southern location. We gave her the address & we were on our way after being in this location for approximately an hour and a half. She was a safe driver and was just nice to be around. I find it horrifying that this location is being managed by someone who would treat disabled customers so deplorable. ​​Branch manager for other location called me but 0 word from this location or

    Be prepared to hang out in the lobby at least an hour. The waits are always long (this is my third visit at this location with an extended wait). I as well as 16 other 98.6 bodies are patiently waiting. The phones have been ringing non-stop. Human Resources where are the recruiters these two lone employees need HELP!!! I'm a stickler for time and this more than an hour wait is breaking my heart.

I've taken the car in several times for it to be repaired and the same issues arise. This company will text you to tell you that you owe them money but they won't text you to tell you that they are either going to come take your car or they are going to shut your starter off. On top of that, the vehicles that you rent are really old, stinky like old man, sweat and smoke, the interiors are falling apart, as well as the bodies. They might work with you once or twice if there is no work available for a rideshare or gig apps, but it comes at a cost of them, holding it over your head. I would recommend UCars for the same price; they have nice cars, charge the same, and fix any issues the first time you bring it in. I have never had a business text me to ask me this stuff and it's really kind of creepy if you ask me. The text below that is shared was sent AFTER the car was turned in. Nothing about the car and now they're already threatening me with collections on Day 1 of turning in my car due to it not being safe to drive. (Will update with screenshot of invoice). The overall demeanor of the employees here is pretty condescending. From the ladies working in the front office being rude when you tell them that there's something wrong with the car and insinuating that you did something to it, to the financial people who do these kinds of weird practices of texting people after a contract has expired. Stay away, I wish I would've saved my money.

    Grateful for Enterprise. I had rented a car while on a work trip from PHX. It was HOT (122°…read moreaccording to the car). I was alerted by the car when I turned it on that there was a flat when I was at the hotel. I called my company's travel agent because I didn't know what to do and had declined the insurance and roadside assistance. The travel agency said to call enterprise so I did. They were so kind and arranged for AAA (which I personally don't have) to come change the tire. The driver and enterprise kept checking in to ensure I was okay. When they arrived they discovered it was just a donut in the trunk but inflated it and put it on the car. I was told not to go over 50 mph. Well that's hard when you have to take the freeway anywhere. So I called enterprise and they immediately reserved me a car 3 miles away and I took backroads to get there. They didn't have any cars available when I arrived. But a lady dropped her car off, the agent working immediately checked it in, cleaned it, and gave it to me. I was able to safely continue my trip in my new car. Great customer service and no extra fees!
