Ironically, as it is situated on an industrial area in Hunslet you do need a car to reach the office in order to hire a vehicle - but it is a short taxi ride from the train station if you do not have one. The office is quite small, but it serves it's purpose and the staff are very helpful and polite. In order to hire a van you do need documentation - your full driver's licence, a recent utility bill (to prove your address details) and you also need to provide your debit or credit card details and place a small (ours was £50) deposit, assumingly to cover any small accidents you might have (we didn't have any problems and got ours back less than 10 minutes after returning the van). The quality of the vehicles is excellent; our van was clean, in good condition and easy to drive. At £50 for the day it was a lot cheaper way of moving house as opposed to a professional move company and of course we were responsible for our goods, which was reassuring. The small transit we took more than suited our needs and held a 2 seater sofa easily. As we had the van all day we were able to also take it to IKEA which was very handy as normally they charge for delivery for items you cannot fit in your car. Service and price I will give 5/5 for and I will be happy to use them again when I move house in a fortnight.

We walked in, without appointment and were able to hire a car with no deposit. Of course, they took Visa card details so that we would be charged should anything go wrong. For around £60 or so we were able to hire a car for a few days. Whilst this was excellent in a pinch, it was more expensive than some of the other local options. Our main reason for going with them was the fact no deposit was required, but since have gone with other firms so as to save a bit of money. Plus, being the bottom line cheapest car, it wasn't the greatest choice. Still, if you're suddenly in need of transportation - it is still a cheaper and easier option than other rentals, and certainly cheaper than last minute train fares!

There was a deposit of £150 plus a small admin charge, and the excess is £500 although an extra £6 brings that down a bit. The deposit takes about a week to get back to you, which isn't mentioned anywhere on the website and is a bit bizarre. They do do u-25s though I think. The van was (I think) a mk7 Ford Transit with a 2.2 Diesel, which is as civilised to drive as anything else on the market and has reams of power. The van itself was pretty dinged up but the guy did a thorough walk-around before hand and marked it all down, and there was nothing wrong with it mechanically. You get the van empty of diesel and you're meant to return it empty. The only issue we had is that it shuts at midday on Saturday and doesn't open until Monday, so if you need a van for Saturday you either pay a full day's rate for 8am-12pm or pay for 2 days. We only needed it for a half day so we did the former, and although they were half an hour late opening they said they'd stay open later for us, which was decent of them. Happy with the service. Run down looking place but they're nice guys with a bit of chat and I didn't feel like they were ripping us off. Loses a star for the strange opening times and deposit situation.

We arrived to Dublin airport and waited for the shuttle bus to the car hire office, I called indigo car hire they said the bus could take up to 40 minutes to arrive on a sunday. We waited for more than an hour but the bus never showed, we decided it would be quicker to walk. Once I signed the papers, and booked out the car I drove 3 hours accross the country to meet my family. The car I had booked was a 5 seater, however once I arrived we realised it only had 4, this was a problem as it wouldnt fit my whole family and we had to make other arrangements. I called and left messages various times, and sent an email to Indigo, they never picked up the phone or responded to me. In this review I gave it 2 stars not only 1 as the car itself worked fine. However I will never use this company again and wouldn't recomend that anyone else does. I hate to imagine having any mechanical issues with the car and trying to get in touch with them as there customer service tequnique seems to be to block the caller.

The conversation went well, they charged us and emailed us voucher, the voucher clearly mentioned we needed a credit card, they booked us with europcar which refused to give us car because we didn't have credit card. We called Indigocarhire, they refused to cancel our booking and refund our money. So basically we were left with charge on our card and no car. Their customer service is super arrogant and useless. It is a scam.

I paid up front through 121 Car Hire When I went to collect the car from the airport they would not except anything less than deposit of - get this - 2400 euros! I had already paid for the hire so they would not provide a refund.I needed to arrange an extension to my credit card which took 4 hours. Added to this, when I got home I found that I had been charged an additional 10 Euros a day because I wanted to take the car out of the country and 3 Euros a day for winter tyres. These charges were not made clear when I took the car, in fact when I signed the agreement (in German) I asked if there were any extra charges and told there wasn't. Of course 121 Car Hire blamed Car Trawler who blamed Buchbinder who blame 121 Car Hire. I had incorrect charges added recently when I booked through Expedia and used Hertz and I got a refund from them. So unless you speak German, don't want to leave Austria, don't want a car with tyres and are prepared to take out a mortgage as a deposit - avoid all these three companies!

He offered me a higher price in PX than a main car dealer did against his prices which were competitive or lower than rival dealers. I found that Michal was fair, decent and honest and willing to deal with any niggles or minor faults (ie paintwork scratches) prior to my receiving the car.
