Earlier that day, Joel Rouke, the agent, told me on the phone, with my friend there, that everything was good to go, my license was fine, and I could rent a car. But I wasted £44 on taxis, waited 45 minutes, got stared at by the staff in a super intimidating way, and then Jacob Lambert, the manager, wouldn't give me a car because of license points that were already cleared! It felt like they were being mean, ignoring me, and discriminating against me because of my health, mental health, how I looked, and because I wanted a fair price. They were totally unprofessional, didn't care, and weren't honest. I was humiliated, stressed, and really upset. It was a total abuse of power, and I'm a loyal customer! This wasn't just bad service; it was on purpose. Enterprise needs to be held responsible for this whole mess.
