Car drove approx 7 miles before attempting to merge onto A50, engine went into limp mode almost causing me to be rear-ended. Called the location and they said there's nothing to be done except to call AA. Called AA, spent a nice couple hours on the side of a busy freeway then the First Gentleman checked out the car and called a tow truck. Fast forward through waiting and calling and towing and I arrived at my hotel at 1:30am. Location did no type of follow up that was requested by me, never called back, never emailed. Would stick with airport locations and never use these type of franchised enterprise locations. Truly the sleazy used car salesman vibe of a rental place.

He didn't have his mobile phone on at all and the journey was very swift. He even took the quickest route which they don't usually tend to do these days instead taking you all round the houses. I would definitely use Chads cars again.

But the real issue was on the day of the event, 20 minutes before open and still no sign of the speakers, I receive a random call telling me the driver was in an accident. Now if this is true, I sympathise with the driver. But all I was told was that I would need to ring head office to get a refund, that was it. No alternatives were given, no help in another driving being sent. No information at all was even given about the 'accident'. After attempting to phone the head office. I got no answer at any point. The only person who eventually responded was Gerald, who whilst assured me he was trying to make arrangements, offered no alternatives whatsoever. All I was given was cryptic messages about somebody at the office was looking to sort it, yet nothing materialised. I was forced to cancel the event, losing out on ticket revenue, hired security fees, venue hire fees, and refunds for guests. And to top it off, it took over a week just to get my money back, with me constantly having to chase any update on the refund. What an awful experience, and since then I have had no explanation of what happened, or even an apology. Pathetic.
